“I have never been fond of Greenwood in Hubbard. Two separate times I went there, was given a hard time, ended up going elsewhere and purchased two vehicles from other dealerships with no issues, but this review is about my daughter. Her review is below mine and was encouraged by them before the chaos began. She purchased a car here at the beginning of January. After a period of time that she felt was too much to receive some type of paperwork, she started contacting the dealership. She was constantly reaching out, asking why she hadn’t received a memorandum title, where her paperwork for her payments was at etc. She was met with pass off answers each time “it takes 45 days”, “it’ll be there”, “it should be coming”. Nothing came. When over a month had passed, she finally called the bank itself who told her “we never received any paperwork for you, you will have to contact the dealership”. We did just that. Two days later (a day after her first payment had been due) we get a call from the bank saying that they didn’t receive paperwork before the required deadline and normally she would have to go back to the dealership and do it all over again, but because she had continuously been reaching out, they were handling it. The bank blamed the dealership and of course the dealership blamed the bank. Finally she got that portion taken care of, on her own, no thanks to any help from Greenwood, they just kept telling her it should come. This whole time, all she wanted to do was make sure her payment was made on time. Then all of a sudden, she had to make her first payment at the dealership and because they didn’t make a clear enough copy of her fathers ID, they were holding her being able to make her payment hostage until they got a new copy. I was told it was the bank requiring it, but the literal second I sent them a picture of his ID, I was told she could now come in to make her payment. Now mind you, she just received her memorandum title a few days ago, way past the “45 days” they said it would take. Then she finally gets paperwork and her name is spelled wrong on everything, they didn’t even use her fathers name, they used his middle name. Yet we were there IN PERSON, provided them with the correct information IN PERSON, and they still couldn’t even manage to spell and use correct names. What should have been an exciting time for her, was a complete mess and full of nothing, but stress! Will NEVER recommend!!”

“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at your dealership. I knew your sales person Lilly Jamieson from her previous dealership - she'd made me an amazing deal. She called me to let me know she'd moved and had remembered that my lease was going to expire in the next few months and that I wanted to go up in size for my next car. Lilly worked tirelessly to get me a deal that would work - and she nailed it. I drove more than an hour to get to you - and will do it again and again to work with Lilly. My husband is already talking about going back when his lease is up next year. I also want to commend Jolene in finance - she was magical in making sure the deal was crystal clear and perfect. You've got a customer for life from Beachwood, Ohio.”

“Was looking for a new reliable car and Lilly was so kind and helpful with finding me exactly what I needed. She and her manager Tony worked with me to find a payment plan on a car I loved, in my budget. Very professional dealership with good people who are patient and accommodating. Lilly even left a bow on my new car for me!! Loved the effort from these guys.”

“My husband was ready to get a new truck and Dana was so helpful and patient. She called and updated us as prices changed (October to December). We now have a great truck with nice features for the price we were willing to pay. Thank you Dana!!”
