I had my niece with me, and he treated her with kindness as well. Priir to my purchase, he responded to my inquiries timely, and he made the buying process hassle free. When an issue arose with the first vehicle I selected, he was upfront about the situation and provided an acceptable resolution. I had a couple of questions after leaving the dealership, and John was still very pleasant. He also followed up with an email to ensure I was enjoying my new vehicle. The personalized goodie bag was an added bonus. I should also note, the gentleman in finance (David I think) was equally as pleasant to my both me and my niece.”

He sent me a carfax, took photos of areas I asked for, and was just great. The car was great, and they prepped it nicely and filled it up with gas (nice touch). “⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5 Stars – 2025 Lexus GX550 Premium Purchase I recently purchased a 2025 Lexus GX550 Premium from Westside Lexus and would like to share my overall experience. From the moment I booked the GX550 to the day of the final purchase, my salesperson, Mr. Mike Bui, provided exceptional service. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and courteous throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on my booking status and guided me step-by-step until the end. His dedication and customer-first attitude truly stood out, and I sincerely appreciate his efforts. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to my experience with the trade-in process. Although Mr. Bui tried his best to help me get a better trade-in value, he was ultimately unsuccessful because of the sales manager. I believe the sales manager made an unfair offer on my trade-in vehicle, even after I requested a fair and reasonable evaluation. What disappointed me even more was that the sales manager did not come to greet me or thank me for purchasing a vehicle—something I believe is basic professionalism in a customer-focused business. In my opinion, this type of attitude is not suitable for someone in a managerial position. While I am happy with my vehicle and extremely satisfied with Mr. Bui’s professionalism, I am not pleased with the overall sales service provided by Westside Lexus due to the trade-in experience and the sales manager’s lack of courtesy”
