“Very disappointing experience with this dealership. We went to look at a vehicle and were prepared to purchase it, but discovered a severe leak — so bad that the vehicle broke down and had to be towed. We broke down with our three year old and had to wait at a chevron in the cold to be towed. We told the dealership we were still interested in buying the car as long as the leak was properly repaired. They assured us they would fix it and contact us once it was ready. Instead, they sold the vehicle to someone else without notifying us. No call, no update — nothing. The attached photo shows the extent of the leak we experienced. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. We wasted time and money dealing with this situation and would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. We thought for being a Cadillac dealership it would be professional and have quality vehicles. Update: I reached out to Steve the general manager, with no response. And no response from the sales associate we were working with. My guess is they bandaided this problem and are trying to sell it to a sucker. We requested that it was fixed. It has a rear break leaks which is super dangerous. Not sure how they can even sell a vehicle with that. We were told they do extensive inspections on their vehicles. Then the coolant leak that left us broke down at a gas station in this freezing weather with a 3 year old. Ended up costing us money since we had to buy food while we were stuck. UPDATE AGAIN: I am honestly in shock at how unprofessional this dealership continues to be. This situation has still not been handled in an amicable or ethical manner. Despite multiple attempts, Steve has yet to return any of my calls. Instead, I received a phone call from “Mr. Mike,” a used car salesman, whose idea of customer service was yelling at me over my review. He repeatedly told me my review was “unfair” and “inconsiderate,” rather than addressing the actual issue that caused it. For clarity — our original sales associate was wonderful. This has absolutely nothing to do with her. However, after I reached out to her recently to ask if the vehicle was still available, I received no response. I was later told this was because Mike the manager instructed her not to respond to me. Now, magically, the same Lincoln Navigator is back online — except the price has been increased.”

“Dropped off my wife’s Cadillac Escalade for extended warranty repairs being that is a Cadillac dealership, a loaner vehicle was issued to us which is highly appreciated but the whole experience changed once we received our vehicle back from repairs. Technician that was working on our vehicle had no sense of care. Boot marks all on our drivers door, grease marks and stains on our mat, door threshold, seat, and on felt fabric & stitching. This is absolutely unacceptable and a disappointment being that Tom Peacock is a reputable dealership.”
