“Today I went for my second oil change. I requested a tire rotation and paid for the service. I drive my car off the dealership and the tire pressure readings are still reading the same uneven numbers as before I took it in. My front driver tire pressure was the lowest reading and continues to read low. No tire rotation happened. I called the service department and was put on hold. The rep, Hobeidy did not speak with me on the phone and addressed my concerns via text. I got scammed and it’s ethically not correct to practice this type of service. I’m disgusted by what happened to me as I have taken my Nissan vehicles there for over 15 yrs. Who knows what services I’ve been charged for but never really took place.”

My experience at Nissan yesterday was nothing short of a blessing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, patience, and genuine care from the entire team. Eric, my sales representative, went above and beyond to walk me through every detail, making me feel completely at ease. Kevin, the general manager, showed a level of leadership and support that made me feel valued as more than just a customer. And Gilbert in the finance department was not only professional but shared a kindness and sincerity that truly touched my heart.
This wasn’t just a car purchase for me this was a testimony. On paper, my situation didn’t make sense for approval, but God’s favor showed up through the hands and hearts of these amazing individuals.
