“I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of customer service I experienced this morning at Sewell Infiniti of North Houston. Their commercials constantly highlight exceptional customer service and customer perks like complimentary loaner cars, but my experience was the complete opposite.
I scheduled a maintenance appointment the day before for 9am today and made it very clear that I needed a loaner. I had a doctor appointment immediately after dropping my vehicle off. I was assured this would be no problem. When I arrived, I was told there were no loaners available because they had a busy morning with walk-ins and they “don’t turn away business”. So despite having an appointment and being promised a loaner, they gave them to walk-ins instead.
What made the situation worse was the service tech’s attitude and lack of concern. When I explained that I had been guaranteed a loaner and had a medical appointment to get to, the response felt completely indifferent, like my situation didn’t matter at all. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no attempt to make it right. I was simply told that I’d have to wait for someone to return a loaner, which I could not do. So I was left without the transportation I was promised and was stuck waiting for the maintenance to be done on my car. Because of this, I ended up having to cancel my doctor appointment and now have to pay a cancellation fee.
This is not the level of service Sewell claims to provide. I expected far better communication, professionalism, and respect for customers who schedule in advance. After this experience, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend Sewell Infiniti of North Houston to anyone.”

She went above and beyond to get us a great price on our new car and made us feel like family. She was not pushy at all and she got us exactly what we were looking for. Jake answered all my questions, got me out of there in good time, and let me test drive it multiple times til I was comfortable with the purchase. They also matched my trade in for my previous vehicle. I'll be coming here from now on for services, and for the next car. Highly recommend this dealership!”

“I recently purchased a Nissan Armada from Sewell, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. I had my vehicle within 1 hour and 30 minutes.
A huge thank you to Erika Vera, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened. There was no pressure, just honest guidance and great customer service. I also want to give special recognition to the finance gentleman (unfortunately, I forgot his name). He was outstanding friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful in walking me through the financing process. He made what could’ve been a stressful step feel simple and straightforward.
If you're considering a new vehicle, I highly recommend Sewell. The service was exceptional, the staff was welcoming, and I absolutely love my new Nissan Armada.
