“Purchased new F450 Platinum January 30th. Paid for the locking wheel lug nuts as part of their upsell package. February 2nd determined the dealer did not provide the key for the locking lug nuts. Contacted sales person who said they would send them to me. Now February 5th and still no key to remove the locking lug nut.”

“Vehicle was there for 12 days and never looked at.
First, I scheduled a general service appointment and it was there for 4 days and had not been looked at because they needed a special tech for lane assist sensors. I needed my vehicle back, so took it and scheduled an appointment 2 week later with the need for those techs known. It was there for 8 days that time and still never looked at. I get that they are busy, but why take the car if you can’t look at it for a week? Let me keep it and save on uber costs. So frustrating.”

“Disappointing experience. They charged nearly double what other Ford dealerships charge for the same warranty-covered service and tacked on extra labor fees. Their communication is poor and the wait times are unreasonable (told a week just to be seen). Better service and fairer pricing can be found at other local Ford dealers.”

“This is the worst ford auto service I’ve been too. I called up Joe Myers right after and it was like a breath of fresh air compared to this place. Would not recommend.”

“Jason Jackson is my salesman at Mac Haik Ford. I knew exactly what I wanted but I told Jason I was there to test drive a 2025 F-150 with Coyote V8 to help me decide if I really want to buy one. Jason did not push us and after looking at the trim level I initially asked for I asked if he can find a high optioned XLT Coyote V8 crew cab with 4WD in black with black leather interior and I told him if he finds one, gives me what I want for my trade and makes me a deal I can’t refuse I will buy it. It was the day after Thanksgiving and they did not have that combination. After double checking he asked me if I would consider buying a loaner if it had 3500 miles. I said I might if the condition was perfect. He got approval to sell it and we took it for a test drive. He took my trade in to the used car team and they matched what I asked. They reduced the price to account for the 3500 miles, applied the discounts but it will still a bit more than I was willing to pay. I made an offer and he took the numbers back and made me a deal. The entire process including ordering a folding cover for the bed, LoJack and increasing warranty to 75,000 miles was 4 hours. This was not my first Ford purchase and it will not be my last either. I really appreciated the no pressure sales and professionalism from Jason and also Cameron in the finance department.”
