“Brought my car in yesterday. To replace an ac filter that's link to my battery. (Something that's pertaining to having a hybrid.) Miguel at the beginning was very nice. He send me a text after I left my car. That if I have any questions I can text him or call the number. Not once he reply to any off my 3 texts or call. Because after I received a list what's "needed to be done I declined all but the the filter) He never once return my texts or calls. Then he asked me to pick up my car because he doesn't have the part. In what world is that my problem. So I end up leaving the car overnight. I asked him to have a manager call me. Not once a manager call me. Then today he called me saying the car is ready. I asked me how come a manager never call me back. He say I want to talk a manager call back. I asked him nicely may I speak to a manager. He hang up on me. I call back in for a service manager. They were busy. But got a call minutes later from Adam. I explained him the situation. Never once Adam apologize. All he did was defend Miguel and how long he worked for him.!!! Horrible Customer Service!!! Never again I will stop by Joe Meyers again!!! I am in the process of shopping for a new Sequoia!! I will definitely but from them!!”
