“Jake was amazing to work with! I came in with a low credit score and small down payment, not really sure what I wanted. He was super patient, showed me several cars, and even after I got denied for one, he kept trying until I got approved for another. He worked hard to lower my payments and was so friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they walk out with what they are looking for.”

“Came in expecting a typical car buying experience. Was pleasantly surprised at how laid back and easy it was. Our salesman, John Morse, was courteous, professional, and caring. We came in initially looking for my daughter’s first vehicle. She had a driving test coming up the following week. John sent a text wishing her luck the day before her test. The fact that he kept up with her test date and cared enough to check in speaks volumes about his character and his work ethic. I consider this to be above and beyond his job description. When we came in for the purchase, he provided a very relaxed and pressure free visit with minimal negotiation and regular updates during the purchase process. I wish all car sales people had this character. Thanks again, John! We’ll definitely be back for future purchases.”

“I had an amazing experience at EchoPark thanks to Shamar! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I came in expecting a $650 monthly payment, but Shamar worked hard and got me down to $570—that made a huge difference for me.
When the car I originally wanted was sold, I was sad, disappointed, and honestly felt like giving up. But Shamar didn’t let me quit. He reassured me that everything was going to be okay, reminded me that it takes time, and encouraged me that I’d get the right car. That meant a lot. On top of that, he called and texted me every day to let me know my deal was still available and that EchoPark gets new cars almost daily. As soon as a new—and even better—model came in, he called me right when the store opened to let me know.

“I recently purchased a vehicle from EchoPark North and overall had a positive experience. The pricing was competitive for the year and condition of the car, and their online inventory made it easy to browse, compare options, and make an informed decision.
While the buying process was somewhat lengthy, it was smooth and straightforward. I appreciated the transparency around pricing, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Noe was very helpful and guided me through each step and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
A notable benefit was the warranty, which began immediately upon signing the purchase documents. That provided me with added peace of mind.
However, there were a couple of issues that detracted from an otherwise strong experience. The windshield had several cracks; while the team did seal the largest one, I would have preferred a complete repair or full replacement. Additionally, the car only came with one key, requiring me to pay out of pocket for a second. I believe vehicles should come with two keys at the time of sale, even if it’s an additional expense for the dealership.
Overall, I would recommend EchoPark North to anyone looking for a used car at a fair price with a transparent and streamlined purchasing process. I recommend speaking with my salesman, Noe, as he provided great service.”
