“My salesman, Patrick, was awesome! He was very patient with me while I was deciding which vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose & was able to answer any questions that I had. He also helped me clean out my old car & transfer my belongings to my new one. He even installed my grandson’s car seat. Being part of the Clear Lake Infinity family is amazing!!!!”

“I bought a car from this place on Sep 2023, It was the most difficult car-shopping I ever had ... This was my first time buying from a luxury brand dealer. One could expect an excel service, right? I didnt know they sold me a previously wreck car that need new tires (I bought them later) a flapping bumper, missing a car key (they gave me the wrong one) even the inside of this car was damaged. When I noticed all these little issues the manager turned out to be an rude, condesendient, arrogant punk. I visited the place few time, I had the chance to speak with the employees of this dealer. No one likes him. Yes, sir. Your employer have a bad impression and aren't happy with the way you treat them, I can't image who gave you that position in the company if you are despotic and obnoxious person. If you don't know how treat customer I bet you berate your employees. That's on the owner of this dealer thats losing money for having you there. I will never recommend this place to anyone neither will I ever buy from it either. Lucky for me I am happy with my new ride that I adquired at another location where customer service it's great. If that dealer manager still there, good luck to all those potential customers and employees. It must be hell working there. I dont normally write this kind of stuff on my reviews. This particular manager person at this dealer gained my rejection totally. After a year has passed. Google maps just reminded me my visit to that place. That's why I'm writing this review. lol 😜”

“Bought my car online, didn't test drive it or anything. Negotiate the price, and went down to pick it up. The entire process was so simple and my salesman was great! Keep up the great work”

“I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned QX55 from Clear Lake Infiniti on December 31, 2024. At 37 years old, this is my 4th Infiniti. However, this is my first purchase at this dealership. I bought my first (2) vehicles at West Houston Infiniti and my 3rd in Raleigh, NC. I keep coming back because they’re wonderful *LUXURY* cars, and they really treat customers like family!
Rodrigo was my salesperson, and I was very happy with his service. He is personable, friendly and went above and beyond for me. I appreciated him working to get the deal done ON a holiday. We have texted here and there since me buying my car with simple questions that I’ve had. He never makes me feel like a bother. I highly suggest asking for him if you’re in the market to purchase a new/used car. He’s extremely knowledgeable and won’t let you down with anything throughout the process.
With any used car, I have had some very minor issues. Mostly cosmetic and just a headlight going out a couple of days after purchasing it. However, Karena was fantastic in getting me in with a service appointment and providing a loaner. This all happened during the ice storm in Dallas (where parts come in from) and during our Snow
storm. I don’t want anyone to ever have a problem with their new purchase, but if you do… Karena is your girl. Organized, personable and goes above and beyond just like Rodrigo did for me.
Last but not least — JEREMY, the sales manager. To be honest, he has really made this experience an easier and enjoyable one. Again, I purchased a used car, but he has done nothing but roll out the red carpet and provide top notch customer service. I can’t thank him enough for his help. His service and kindness turned me into a customer for life. He is the main reason I’ll continue purchasing from Clear Lake Infiniti!”

“On the search for a secondary vehicle, I came across an 2017 Q50 129k miles located at Clear Lake infiniti. I meet with Veronica (saleswoman), conducted a test drive. I instantly notice the loudness of the car. The air conditioning did not work. The front end had minor damage, brakes pads will need to be replaced soon and something was going on with the tire pressure. While walking around the vehicle I noticed the tires did not match as well. I voiced my concerns about the vehicle they were advertising the vehicle at $12,949. Again I'm aware that I'm at a dealership so now the bs....The car has no warranty it's as-is. 1st red flag, secondly the muffler was modified so I the consumer will need to pay $1500 to unmodify the issue. It was stated the noise was present because it's a sports car. I'm no fool, so now I'm like what else you'll about to come up with. I asked for the cash price out the door. I was giving the amount of $16,979. I was told the interior leather was detailed along with carpet cleaning (protection pkg) is the new name added on $2490, Doc fee $225, non- tax fee $325 and taxes$990. Let's not forget the $1500 remodifying the muffler. Wow, a total of $18,479 insane right! These dealers will price gouge and will take advantage if you don't know better. Coming from a family of men that are mechanics I know a thing or two. You can't just look at the exterior and think o wow this is a good car... Nope! Everything that shines ain't glitter. Do your homework consumer's, this was a trade and I'm pretty sure they gave no more than 6k if that to the seller. This car will need some work so be prepared.”
