“We were car-shopping for my Daughter. She test-drove the car she liked and after only a few minutes of negotiating - I was happy with the price we agreed upon for the car. The car was in gorgeous shape - and Classic offered me a fair price for my Trade-in as well. But most importantly, was the young Sales Person - Matthew. He was the most polite and personable young man i've ever met in a dealership. He was highly professional too - which made the entire experience super pleasant. We had a few items/tasks outstanding after the purchase - and his word was as good as gold. Let's face it - buying a car is super stressful - and it's often not very enjoyable... I don't know about you - but it always feels like such a hassle. This was not the case here. We found the car we loved - paid a price we thought was fair - and were treated very well every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Classic Chevrolet and Mr. Matthew to help with your purchase. Thanks for everything Matthew - and we'll see another time in the future i'm sure!!”

“Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable, Costly, and Misleading Experience
This was our fourth vehicle purchased from Classic Chevrolet Hwy 6. We gave this dealership the benefit of the doubt—again—and unfortunately that was a mistake.
And its up for sale again! For 29k this vehicle is not safe! Please stay away from this vehicle
We purchased a 2021 BMW, which was inspected and serviced by Classic prior to purchase, as they claim to do with their vehicles. The very first night we drove it home, the brakes sounded terrible. We immediately brought it back. First, we were told it was the brakes, which were replaced. Then we were told it was the lug nuts, which were also replaced. I have service reports documenting this.
When it was time for an oil change, we returned to Classic and were told by the service manager, Cliff, that he would not touch the vehicle because, in his words, “since it’s not a Chevy, I’m not touching it,” and because they do not have certified BMW technicians. My concern—and the contradiction—was obvious: who repaired and approved this vehicle in the first place? If there were no certified techs capable of working on a BMW, then who stated the brakes and lug nuts were repaired and released the vehicle back to us?
The interaction with Cliff was unprofessional. His voice was raised, he stated he did not have our contract in front of him, and claimed he could not tell us what our warranty covered. Instead, we were told we should have taken the vehicle to BMW from the beginning—something we were never advised to do.
We purchased this vehicle for over $60,000, with both factory and extended warranties, under the reasonable assumption that the dealership selling us the vehicle and the coverage would stand behind it. During finance, we were simply told to sign paperwork, with no disclosure that Classic would not service the vehicle because it was not a Chevrolet. We were later told that the oil change and brake work were done “out of courtesy”—again, information that was never shared with us. Had we known this, we would have taken the vehicle directly to BMW from the start.
I contacted the GM, Eric, who initially acknowledged that I raised a valid concern and said he would speak with Cliff. When he called back, the result was the same—nothing could be done, and we were told to take the vehicle elsewhere.
We ultimately took the vehicle to BMW, where we were informed there is over $9,000 in damage.
Now we are stuck with a vehicle that has warranties we cannot effectively use, over $60,000 in debt, and no support from the dealership that sold us both the vehicle and the coverage. To make matters worse, if we attempt to trade the vehicle back in at Classic, we are told we would receive essentially nothing, as they are already aware of the issues.
At this point, I am beyond frustrated. We continued to do business with Classic Chevrolet Hwy 6 in good faith, and this dealership has failed us—not once, but now twice. Other Classic customers need to be aware of how situations like this are handled, especially when purchasing non-Chevrolet vehicles and extended warranties.
This is not how loyal customers should be treated.”

“We had an accident. Someone hit us. I stopped by Classic Elite Collision Center and met with An estimator named Sheana. She was extremely nice, and helpful from the beginning all the way through the process. The car was finished in a week. The car is back home and looks perfect.
Well, I guess I'm just adding to the above review, but this is my second review.

I'm working on a new project, which happens to be a Chevy truck GMT 400 OBS, and therefore I needed space in the driveway and I parked my Ford F-150 which is in perfect shape out on the street reluctantly. I forgot to put my mirrors in and someone hit my mirror the first day. Luckily they are honest, so I give him credit and he stopped and we got it taken care of. Therefore I took it to classic elite Chevrolet, where the same truck was on the review you've read above. When a Domino's driver hit me.
Mr Goonie, Mrs Rock, and the entire staff at the body shop are excellent. I've worked with them several times with three different vehicles, actually two different vehicles but one vehicle has been in twice, and they are easy to work with, professional, will explain any questions that you have in relation to industry jargon or scheduling, and I've never met any of the tradesmen that do the work but they do fantastic work. I actually have an old Chevy truck that I want to rebuild and I want your team to do it. Waiting on a reply for that. But overall I can't say anything bad everything is excellent”

“I had a fender bender and I wanted to have quick repairs done. I choose Classic Chevrolet because they are close to my house. I found excellent customer service from Chris. He was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. The work was completed early and it looks great.”
