āI brought my truck in for an oil change and service and had a great experience. I especially want to recognize Omar Garcia for the excellent customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process, making sure everything with my truck was handled the right way.
The last time I visited the dealership they were just going through a management change, and things felt a little rough during the transition. This time around, everything was running smoothly and the improvement was very noticeable. Because of Omarās help and the overall service today, it was easily a 10/10. This is honestly the best experience Iāve had since dealing with this particular location ever.ā

āI had an outstanding experience at Beck & Masten thanks to Joel āBBā Burk in the service department.
From the moment I arrived, Joel created an atmosphere that genuinely felt welcomingāmore like being taken care of at home than a typical dealership service visit. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and in how he treats people.
What really stood out was how thorough and insightful he was. Joel took the time to walk the entire truck with me, carefully pointing out items, explaining what he was seeing, and managing expectations along the way. There was no rushingājust honest, knowledgeable guidance so I fully understood what was going on with my vehicle.
He also had my truck run through the wash before I picked it up, which may seem like a small thing, but it felt like a very personal touch and showed the level of care he puts into the customer experience.
Joel clearly wants to create a culture of āhomeā in the service department, and he absolutely delivered on that. Itās rare to find someone who combines professionalism, transparency, and genuine hospitality the way he does.

āMy 2025 Denali EV was in the service shop from 2/17 until 2/28 for the following items; 1. Remove IKON tracking device, 2, install GM software for blind turn signal, Youtube and Netflix apps etc, 3. Repair carpet panel underneath steering wheel and 4. Diagnose rattling noise from front compartment.
I had to contact my salesperson to get updates on my vehicle status. I eventually got in touch with the Service Manager, Elvin.
None of the items were done when I arrived to pick up the newly purchased truck 1/13. I owned the truck 6 weeks and it was in the shop for 2 weeks for NO reason. This can't be standard practice.
Elvin ensured that he would look into the update and contact me when the panel comes and they would perform the update then.
I really love my new Denali EV but GM HAS TO TRAIN AND UPDATE ALL PERSONNEL IN THE EV ECOSYSTEM or else this whole effort will fail.
Having to explain your product to your support personnel is unsatisfactory and will carve into new sales. As the price of EVs come down to the masses, many of your ICE customers will transition to EVs. GM is making progress on EVs, please keep up the effort. I cant believe this type of lack of training is occurring at Cadillac dealerships because I believe they are full on into getting their fleet electrified. Check with them to see what they are doing for their EV customers!ā

āHello everyone, please do not buy GMC 1500 Sierraās pick up trucks. This is the worst one you will make your decision. I bought my truck in 2023 brand new 0 miles since then I had problems started on 9 to 10,000 miles they tell me every time you had to fix this that that cost me every bill between 1500 to 1900 even I paid 2000 and up to repairs now is 2026. Iāve been spending so much money every visit after oil change they charge me nothing less than 500 to 1200 is my regular bill to repair. This is 0 miles when you purchase a truck from this location I just did an oil change on Friday evening and my truck start giving me a problem on Saturday. I canāt even drive engine light on you cannot give a speed on pressure go down on freeway. I hate to tell but Iām really pissed to keep paying them and going spending my time to repair. They donāt even help you to give loaner truck thatās fine but I ran from my pocket for 12 to 15 days my own rental truck and they donāt want to pay me back every time I ask them I spend thousand dollar to 1400. Just renting the pick up truck. They donāt want to even cover my half of it when you pay $1900 repairs how you feel every visit. I have all my bills keep preparing my truck since I got GM donāt take any responsibility, but they taking for sale. No. When I do my oil change, they screw you off doing something with your engine and then you pay for repairs that kind of money per truck will be good for another next oil change because you pay that much money when you pay your regular oil change after a month or two you gonna see in one or two days your truck will give you a problem. I hate about all these things keep happening for me so many years this is nothing new or first time this is happening with GM motors. but I always tell all my friends and family was best but I donāt see nothing. I feel is one of the worst. Iām really mad right now. I donāt have time to keep going and fixing the truck and loses after $1500-$2000 even $3000 with a rental. You try to get help and try to fix your truck. All they say just drop off. $$$ā

I also want to mention the general manager, Orlando Pasasin. He was very nice, extremely helpful, and made sure I received the best possible deal.
And lastly, my finance manager, Marco Negrete, went above and beyond to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. He carefully explained everything, made sure I understood all the details, and even got me an amazing interest rate.
Overall, the entire team at Beck & Masten South made this the best car-buying experience Iāve ever had. I would 100% recommend Marcos Garcia, Orlando Pasasin, and Marco Negrete to anyone looking for their next vehicle!ā
