Really bad services quality for the luxury car and brand here. I bought the Cadillac Escalade but receive the service like 1 star. They are so impolite, rude and not respect the client. They treat the client like a ball. After selling you a car, they don't want to take care of you any more. I remove the Bayway sticker in my car and my plate. I met the Service Director, Service Manager, Sales Director and escalated to GM but everything is the same. Now I need to find another dealer for the service and my 2nd Cadillac. Not recommended this dealer, from receptionist to service team! Too bad for the luxury brand, they need to learn about the CX and improve the customer experience! It happened too me too many times, and over my limit now!

We bought our 2026 Vistiq from Valerie and she was amazing. She ensured we were 100% happy with everything. She went above and beyond for us to have the Vistiq Luxury with all the options we really wanted. When we are ready to buy another Cadillac we will go to her for it. Thank you Valerie!

I just purchased a 2026 CT5-V from here, and the process was excellent. Nico was my sales rep, and he was one of the friendliest and most helpful reps I've ever worked with. He was always willing to answer my calls or texts, even on his days off. He made sure that everything I wanted with the car was taken care of. The finance manager was not pushy whatsoever, and the process was overall faster than I've experienced at Audi & BMW. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a Cadillac to check this dealership out. Especially if you are looking for a CT5. They seem to have the most CT5s out of any dealership in all of Houston if not Texas.
