“I would highly recommend this place. The people that I haven’t met there are straightforward and had us in and out in no time they didn’t beat around the bush. They didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear. And I was absolutely nervous when I went to buy a car. This was the first car that I have ever purchased brand new and they made me feel like I was family. I love the car and love the fact that I got away with a gray one because gray is my favorite color so thank you again And if you’re looking to get a car asked to speak to Brandon Lyle!! â˜ș”

“I recently received a text from “Brie, the buyer” at White’s Auto Mall Nissan, responding to a KBB Instant Offer for my Jeep. “Brie” seemed interested in giving a better offer, asked questions about trading, and invited me to bring the vehicle in for inspection. Communication was all via text, and it felt a bit scripted, but I assumed it was just a busy employee using templates. After digging my Jeep out of storage (where it had sat for over a year) and driving 40 minutes to the dealership, I asked for Brie. No one knew who that was. An employee eventually said it might be the “AI chat.” I felt immediately misled and scammed—there was zero disclosure that I was texting with a bot pretending to be a real person named Brie. Since I was already there, I let them inspect the Jeep anyway. They came back with an offer about $1,000 lower than the KBB quote I had started with. When I politely explained my disappointment over the deceptive chat practice and showed the messages starting with “This is Brie, the buyer
”, the response was not an apology or acknowledgment—instead, they tried to justify it and convince me it wasn’t misleading. The manager got involved to point out issues with the vehicle (fair enough), but no one took responsibility for the bait-and-switch tactic that wasted my time and fuel. I’ve never walked out of a dealership before, but this experience left me with zero trust. Beware: If you get texts from this dealership (or similar ones) claiming to be a specific “buyer” like Brie, it’s likely an automated bot. They may lure you in under false pretenses without being upfront that it’s not a real person. I won’t be doing business here and suggest others proceed with caution. One star only because I can’t give zero. Extremely disappointed.”

“From the salesmen to the service advisors, you are treated with respect and kindness. Ms. Kim and Mark are so nice and willing to help every time. I plan to continue to have my car serviced here after the warranty expires. Roger, the service manager doesn't hesitate to jump in and help when things get busy. Leslie, the sales manager helped me get the best deal possible. I can't mention the salesman's name as he no longer works here. However, I've heard nothing but great things about the other salesman.”

“IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! PLEASE use caution when going to the Nissan dealership service department here in town. I have been taking our car there for over a year for regular oil changes in order to maintain our warranty. They are the only shop that has touched this vehicle. On the last service it was reported that there was a large hole cut in the skid plate. I inspected it and below is what I saw. This is not how I bought the vehicle nor was it how I took it into the dealership. In addition, it was never reported during the service inspections prior to this last service. It is very obvious that someone didn't want to remove all of the retaining clips and opted to just cut a hole in order to drain the oil and replace the filter. I spoke to the service manager to try to remedy this by him doing an investigation into it and repairing the part as I have been a loyal customer, but he stated that "it's my word against his" and that the cameras wouldn't show anything. So please make sure you are checking your vehicles prior to and after any services done by this department.”
