He was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and serious about the problem. The part had to be ordered so an overnight stay was needed. The dealership provided a beautiful loaner vehicle, a 2026 Tacoma. By 10:15 the next morning my car was ready. The cost was $300 below the original estimate. When does that happen?! The entire staff was so courteous to me and to their fellow employees. They obviously enjoy their work and the commraderie between them. I'm highly satisfied and recommend this top-notch dealership.”
