“Brought my 2015 Ford 3.5l TT into Miguel and Mike for a 4th gear 6r80 slip and hard shift. I had warranty to cover it and they made super easy and fast. I noticed they were busy and the turn around was a little over a week and Miguel took initiative and fixed another part that was on its last leg. They are way better than Jenkins in Clarksville. I will use Pennyrile Ford forever while in Tennessee. Thank you, you too!”

“Have been having my vehicles serviced at Pennyrile Ford for approximately 10 years. However, the last few times I have been there I feel they are no longer there to help and do a good job but there to suck as much money from you as possible. Example: They replaced my battery last year but last week it "may need to be changed". Brakes have recently been replaced but surprisingly they are "worn". Tires are 6 months old but thread is...well you get it. . I no longer trust them and will not be back.”
