“If I could give them a zero, I would. This is NOT the same customer-service oriented dealership that I have worked with since 2015 and 4 different cars. Despite some financial difficulty during Covid and unemployment, in 10 years I never missed a payment. MY PAYMENT HISTORY HAS BEEN SPOTLESS. With the end of my current lease coming up, I reached out to this dealership at least 6 times with email and phone messages, and no one returned my calls or emails. Finally, several months later and 2 months before my lease expiration I heard from someone. I sent a credit app to save time sitting there in the dealership, as I am 75 with severe arthritis and do not get out as much anymore. I went in today to get something done, and was in there for nearly an hour and a half, and had to basically start over again. The payoff on my car was $17,785, $2,000+ over the $20,000 wholesale value according to Carvana. But Hopkins Honda would only offer me $15,000, and wanted a payment on a new car that was $200 MORE than what I was currently paying. I ended up going to Morries Mazda, who gave me a fair trade-in of $19,000 ($1,000+ over the payoff), and I left with a nice new car. Stay away from Hopkins Honda. New management coupled with tariffs and inflation will steal your money any which way they can. It is no longer customer-service oriented!”

“I brought my Pilot in to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor sent the video (everything was good) and called to say everything looked good. I asked at that point if he could get me a quote for tires, and he said yes. He also told me my tires were okay and would probably be good through the winter. When I arrived, I looked at the paperwork. All of my tires had 35psi. I opened my Honda app and noticed that my back left tire now had 30psi. I asked my service advisor to check my tire, and he drove it in and said, “Oh, look. There’s a nail in your tire.” He called a supervisor who came over to say he had no idea how the nail could have gotten in the side of my tire, but admitted it must have happened there. Had I driven away, I wouldn’t have known until I was a few miles down the road. They then told me they couldn’t replace the tire and I would need to purchase 4 new tires. I told him it was very coincidental that I asked for a tire quote and then a nail magically appeared in my tire and because they are AWD, they thought they had backed me into a corner. I told them I didn’t want them to touch my vehicle again, except to put the spare on. By the way, the quote I got for mediocre tires was $600 more than the top of the line tires I got on at a tire shop somewhere else. Think twice before you use their service department. Following up: the video from the shop showed a nail in my tire when I got there. In written documentation from Honda, they stated that a service advisor saw the nail and didn’t tell anyone because my car wasn’t assigned to them. That’s even more of a concern!”

“Found a 2022 Pilot on their certified preowned vehicle list, setup a visit for the next day and instantly received a message to touch base on everything and take a look at the vehicle.
Reaching out to me was Darren Burch. A salesmen at Hopkins Honda. Confirming everything.
Upon arrival i was greeted by Darren with nothing but smiles and kindness. We talked a bit and then he showed us the vehicle, explained everything i need to know very clearly and into understandable terms. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and made everything very simple and enjoyable which made me appreciate the transaction even more. I have spoken with many other sales reps and half the time they don’t know what they are talking about and it makes you lose interest and not want anything to do with them. Darren was great and had me on my way in an amazing basically brand new Honda. 5 stars for sure! Definitely suggest going through Darren if you’re serious and plan on purchasing your next best daily driver. Also just want to give a quick thanks to the other workers there that helped make all of this happen. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase! Thank you very much!!!”

“My wife and I had an excellent experience at Hopkins Honda. The GM, Ardell, made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. Our sales associate, Chuck, was absolutely amazing. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was a pleasure to work with. Even our finance guy, Tyler, was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. I would highly recommend Hopkins Honda based on my experience. We love our new Passport!”
