Can't miss her, she is the super sexy well dressed long coat, short hair women with beautiful nails. Anyways, I went day 1 got a bill of sale, day 2 did some minor adjustments with paperwork which they handled expeditiously with no hassle or hesitation. Left with car, there was a minor piece to be fixed, again they fixing it with no issues, even adding my rain guards with no hesitation.”
