“The $7,000 "Discount" that doesn’t exist. Read before you drive! ​I want to start by thanking the previous reviewers here—your honesty saved me a 6-hour round trip. I was drawn in by a price on a Honda HR-V that seemed too good to be true, and thanks to your warnings, I knew to start digging. ​I spoke with Lina and explained I lived 3 hours away. Despite knowing I was planning a long drive, she failed to mention that the online price is a "best-case scenario" almost no one qualifies for. After reading the 1-star reviews here, I pushed Arthur for the real numbers. He confirmed the price would be $5,000 higher if I didn’t qualify for their specific rebates, and nearly $7,000 higher if I used my own bank. ​​To actually get the price they advertise online, you’d essentially need to be a recent military veteran who just graduated college and purchased a car from THIS specific dealership in the last 3 years. If you aren't all three, expect to pay thousands more. ​On top of the rebate games, they also try to tack on "mandatory" extras like LoJack and "reconditioning fees" that aren't in the initial price. This is the definition of a bait-and-switch. They lure you in with a low number, then hit you with a $7,000 reality check once you're through the door. ​I find this tactic deceptive and disingenuous. Save your gas money and find a dealership that actually respects your time and your intelligence.”

Can't miss her, she is the super sexy well dressed long coat, short hair women with beautiful nails. Anyways, I went day 1 got a bill of sale, day 2 did some minor adjustments with paperwork which they handled expeditiously with no hassle or hesitation. Left with car, there was a minor piece to be fixed, again they fixing it with no issues, even adding my rain guards with no hesitation.”
