I’ve been a customer multiple times, and each visit was a masterclass in misleading information, broken promises, and wasted time. I was told one thing, then something completely different later, and somehow it was always “not their fault.” Staff seemed annoyed when I asked basic questions and acted like transparency was optional. Waiting around forever with no updates? Standard experience. Feeling talked down to? Also standard. What’s impressive is the consistency — every visit managed to be bad in a new way. If you enjoy confusion, stress, and feeling like you need to double-check every word you’re told, this is the place for you.
