“I drive from Grand Rapids to be served by the friendly, caring, competent people at Ziegler Hyundai in Holland. Recently I came in for an oil change and learned that the key fob Fox Hyundai in Grand Rapids had just reprogrammed that morning didn’t work to start the car. Amanda and the service techs came out and discussed the problem. They were sympathetic to the fact I had to go back to Fox. Recognizing my bad day, they gave me a complimentary oil change. They care! They do it right the first time! I can’t say that about Fox.”

“Had a great experience with John and Steven in the service department. They were very helpful and up front about everything with the getting the recall of a new motor replaced and taken care of. They stayed in contact throughout the whole process. They did quick and fantastic work.”

“Had to wait 3 weeks for an oil change appointment! I was.very specific that it had to be a Tuesday or Thursday. I called this morning to check the time. I was told that my appointment was for yesterday which was Monday. No apology no accommodation just wait 10 more days!!!! What a joke. Worst customer service. Will drive to Fox in GR their wait time is 30 minutes!!!!”

“My Palisade all the sudden started making a grinding noise coming from the rear end of the vehicle. It is still under warranty and the first dealership Fox Hyundai in Grand Rapids told me they couldn’t get me in for 8 weeks, and there was nothing they could do. I called Zeigler and spoke with John in the service department and he was extremely helpful. John was able to get me in the next day and take care of my vehicle right away. Not only did get the current issue I had taken care of but he was able to get another issue Fox Hyundai wouldn’t even address taken care of as well. John was extremely helpful and very good to work with, he called in a timely manner to keep me informed, and I actually felt like he cared about my situation, very personal and professional service. I would highly recommend Zeigler Hyundai for your service calls on your vehicle if you would appreciate personal and professional service for your vehicle. John made this a very easy and stress free experience for me, very much appreciated, thanks again John for your help.”
