“Unsafe Vehicle Returned & Unprofessional Service I brought my 2018 Audi Q5 in for a V12 battery replacement. Before the service, my turn signals and hazard lights were fully functional. Immediately after the service, both stopped working. When I reported this critical safety issue, the service managers became confrontational, refused to help, and threatened to call the police, asking me to leave. I had to escalate the issue to management and Audi corporate because the dealership refused to take responsibility for a problem that occurred directly after their work. I cannot recommend this dealership. Safety and professional treatment should always come first. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my accent, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.”
