I really appreciate him making the process seamless and efficient. He even reached out the morning after our purchase, congratulating us offering to go over any features in the vehicle if we needed assistance. Wonderful customer service! Also, I had also called multiple Kia dealerships and no one was real knowledgeable on working with military members who are trying to register their vehicle in their home state. I spoke with Jackie at McGrath who is a former marine and was able to get the process started before we even got to the dealership. “My son bought a kia K5 yesterday from Nicolas. Our experience was amazing. My son's car was totaled in a car accident last month. He was so upset that he didn't even care what he was going to buy, "as long as it has 4 wheels". I knew he was just upset about his first car almost being paid off and totaled. I finally found the K5 (that he originally wanted prior to his last car) here. I called and spoke to Nicolas and told him we were coming to see the car from over an hour away (in a heavy snow storm as well). He had the car ready to go when we arrived. After confirming the car drove well, no problems, and looked great we stared the purchasing process. I could tell Nicolas was newer but what he lacked in experience he made up with his positive attitude and hustle. He quickly turned us over to Brandon who we worked final numbers out with. We went into the finance (the only person's name I can't remember- not because he was forgettable, but due to lack of sleep) He was just as great as everyone else, and made the process easy. They worked out so many different options for my son (22) and explained everything so well. As we were finishing up paperwork, Nicolas made sure the car was in for final detailing and washed. This experience was so awesome my son said, "if it's possible , I will buy all my vehicle's from this place".
