“My experience with this dealership was very mixed. On the positive side, the day I purchased my C8 Corvette went smoothly, and Brock — my sales representative — was excellent to work with. He was professional, helpful, and made the buying process feel easy. If the review were based on him alone, it would be a very different story. Unfortunately, the issues started after the sale. It took nearly two months to receive my license plate because the dealership misplaced the state inspection paperwork. What’s most frustrating is that this was not communicated honestly or proactively — I was only told after significant time had passed. Because of the delay, I had to coordinate with my father to get the vehicle inspected (The dealers responsibility by law) while I was out of town for work just so I could drive the car legally. This created unnecessary stress, extra time, and a situation that could have easily been avoided with basic organization and transparency. Spending this level of money should come with a higher standard of professionalism and follow-through. Brock (Hopefully he goes somewhere better) did a great job, but the overall experience was dragged down by poor communication and lack of accountability elsewhere in the dealership. Better off going to a more reputable dealer.”
