“Our 2021 Jeep Renegade broke down recently. We called Waschke in Virginia (we purchased our jeep there) and they couldn’t even look at it for at least three weeks! Decided to give Hibbing Chrysler a try even though it is a bit out of our way. Sarah was wonderful to talk to and went above and beyond to get our Jeep in the next day. It was diagnosed and fixed the next day (all covered under power train warranty, thank goodness!). Fast forward two days… same problem came right back. Again called and talked to a different person in service. Very respectful, kind and told us to bring it right back and apologized. It was diagnosed the next day, took a day to get the part and a day to install. We picked it up right after that, all fixed, all covered by the warranty, and just like new! We didn’t even know our warranty was still in effect, so we were delightfully surprised. Hibbing Chrysler and their staff went above and beyond expectations for us. It’s now been a few weeks and our Jeep is still running absolutely perfect. We will definitely consider purchasing our next vehicle here. Thank you all again and again!”

“Bought a 04 Silverado 1500 WT 4x4 from them before winter. I believe it was Donnie that got me in it and he was very upfront and honest about the trucks condition. Very rusty with some issues but engine was and still is solid and due to the condition wasn’t put through the shop.
