“The manager John B, not very nice on the phone! Very sarcastic. Wouldn't answer my questions. Needs sensitivity training. Used God at the end of the call before hanging up on me! And I wasn't a customer... I was inquiring about how their policies work, general legit questions he couldn't, well refused to answer, then wouldn't let me speak to anyone else lol! Saying "this is it, it ends with me" when I ask to speak to his boss, which I found out was Todd. I know the company is great, no issues there. It's that manager. Sorry but he should NOT be taking phone calls for concerns inquiries at all! Maybe he was having a bad day? No excuse! You're sarcasm and I guess you being there so long, makes you sound entitled. Very sad. Please give this man some sensitivity training.. it's 2026. The things he says, the way he speaks, very offensive for today's society. I called back, got a very nice, professional woman on the phone. She was extremely helpful. Her customer service skills were perfect. She is putting me in contact with who I need to speak with. John, take some lessons from her please. Sorry this has to go on Ron Ward review, but John is employed there. This is for herrin Illinois location”

“We picked Ron Ward Chevrolet because it’s a family owned dealership, not a huge chain company. We appreciated the one-on-one personal service and attention. We were very pleased with everyone we spoke to and dealt with, especially Joshua Dawson our sales person. We will definitely recommend this location to our family and friends. In the future should we ever need another vehicle we will be heading back to Ron Ward Chevrolet.”
