“I bought a 2022 GMC Sierra from Montrose; I decided to have them apply the ceramic coating they offered. This is a costly service, and it being a dealership with a detail shop, I thought they would be reliable. Fast forward about a week, and I noticed the rain just sat on the surface. Of the truck and did not bead as it should. I called back and asked them if it was applied because it did not seem like it was, and I was told id get a customer care kit with cleaning supplies, and I did not receive those. After being put on hold, they said I could come in, and they would get me taken care of. On my only day off, I drove one and a half hours back to the dealership for them to apply the coating. I waited over three hours; it looked ok in the garage, but the truck was filthy when I drove it outside. I returned and asked how this product could be applied with all the dirt, and they said they would clean it again. I wondered how the product worked, if contaminants were on the surface, and if they should reapply the coating. The manager, Tammy, said, " I guess you are right." So again, I had to wait for a little over an hour this time. Once they were done, the truck looked significantly better, the way it should have been when I bought the truck. This was a nightmare, and now I am questioning the reliability of this place, extremely poor quality and total lack of attention to detail.”
