“My wife and I had a great experience shopping for our new truck at Diehl Chevrolet. Upon our arrival, I was greeted with a cup of coffee and a smile by my salesman Alan. We HIGHLY recommend Alan as a salesperson for your next vehicle purchase. He’s down to earth and the subject matter expert in vehicle sales for the dealership. We can’t say enough about Joe the Sales Manager. He immediately set us at ease and made the entire process simple and understandable with his 35+ years of experience. Joe’s also a Navy Veteran. I felt the negotiations for our trade was fast, fair and acceptable. I feel like the sales team always had our (the customers) point of view and perception of the trade/sale as the most important aspect of the vehicle purchase process. He knew to take his time and answer all of our questions with extreme knowledge and vigor. Then off to finance, where we met Bruce (aka Mr. Garrison from SouthPark). After every initial and signature he gives you an enthusiastic “MMM-Kayyy”. LOL! He actually is awesome and a Buckeyes fan! He fought banks and credit unions with sword and random MMM-Kayyys; finally getting us approved for our new truck loan. After our paperwork was completed, Alan passed us on to Becky, for our new vehicle introduction. Becky set up our phones and showed us the operation of the entire truck. When the introduction was completed she waved us goodbye. Becky was probably excited to get out of the truck after many a dad joke that I tried slipping into our conversation. Thanks again Becky for helping us because Alan was busy. As you can tell the entire process was simple and fun. For the customer, it’s about the experience. You want a dealership to respect you and your feelings throughout the entire process and I can say you will get it at this dealership. Joe (the sales manager) told me, “you sell more cars with honey - than you do vinegar”. And let me tell you, this dealership is more like a family than a bunch of employees.
