“Not satisfied AT ALL with the car I purchased here. I was told this was such a great car and it was such a great deal, the day after I bought it, it had to go right back to have a sensor replaced because it was over heating, now it has been in and out of the shop every other month for more parts to be thrown into it just for something else to break… Has been NOTHING but one costly thing after another… The “warranty” that was supposed to be so good has NOT covered anything.. Now I’m stuck in a car that breaks all the time and can’t get out of because I owe too much on it…. ONE BIG MONEY PIT….”

“Just when I thought the car buying process couldn’t get any worse I bought a truck from this dealership. Deceptive sales practices were use for the entire sales and finance process. They lowballed me on my trade by not adding all features on my trade and choosing the incorrect condition of my trade. They also added a $2000 accessory package to their vehicle that by law they can’t add if I say I don’t want it. They pulled my credit 5 times without asking for my permission and in the end got me a HIGHER rate than I came in approved for. I have gone through the buying process about 15 times in my 47 years and this one probably was the worst one. Besides using deceptive sales practices the salesman was ok, but the finance guy was downright rude. My recommendation is to stay far away from this dealership when looking for a new or used vehicle.”

“I normally don’t leave reviews, but I wish someone had warned me before I bought a vehicle here. I was sold a car that broke down in under a year of ownership. Within that first year, I dealt with major mechanical failures, including transmission issues followed by a head gasket failure. What was supposed to be a reliable vehicle ended up costing me over $17,000 out of pocket. At the time, I was a young mom, going to college and working a full-time job. I trusted that I was being sold a dependable car. Instead, I was left with constant breakdowns, massive repair bills, and an unbelievable amount of stress. What makes this worse is that over a year later, after everything that happened, I was contacted by this dealership asking if I wanted to buy another vehicle. That alone shows a complete lack of accountability or concern for what I went through. An apology does not change the fact that I was taken advantage of and sold a faulty vehicle. I will never do business with this dealership again. Do not buy from this place”

“To buy a vehicle that fits you best…. Look anywhere but here. They will try to put their “Yates protection coverage” which costs an entire $2000 😂😂 !!! Even on brand new vehicles they claim you have to purchase it. Poor at negotiating. They care about the dime. Most certainly not the person. Worst experience I’ve had at a dealership.”

“Absolute crooks on pricing. Took a Sierra 2500 in for steering issue. They gave a quote on parts and service. I don't know what the cost of the labor should be, but they have the parts marked up 170% over the LIST PRICE on the GMC website. PN Yates GM List 84089951 $350.66 $126.86 84467788 $608.33 $224.69 84467789 $488.35 $180.37 So your price doesn't take into account manufacturer recommendations, since GM warranties the part not you that is also irrelevant, the parts are readily available and that is without certified technician labor. So any relevant explanations?”
