I don't know what the cost of the labor should be, but they have the parts marked up 170% over the LIST PRICE on the GMC website. PN Yates GM List 84089951 $350.66 $126.86 84467788 $608.33 $224.69 84467789 $488.35 $180.37 So your price doesn't take into account manufacturer recommendations, since GM warranties the part not you that is also irrelevant, the parts are readily available and that is without certified technician labor. So any relevant explanations?”

“They ran my brother’s credit and we submitted info on our trade in. They never got back with us with any update to At least tell us if we needed a down or if we even qualified. I hate the fact they ran his credit and not get back with us with anything! Everytime we call they reply with “busy with a customer” very unprofessional. Mind you we are in NC trying to do everything online. They should have declined us if they didn’t want to deal with A out-of-state customer.”

“My car was dropped off 15 min earlier for my 8:00 appt.with the keys left in the car. I was unaware of a Dropbox for the keys. I confirmed my appt the evening before saying I would be there. After not hearing from the dealership all day, I called to check on the status at 4:30. The vehicle had not been looked at all day because the keys were not left in the lockbox and they were "unaware" the car was there. Even though they noticed the car parked on the side, they were expecting that particular car, and they never called when they thought I had missed my appointment I had just confirmed the evening before. They told me they do not walk the lot and look for vehicles. Apparently they do not call their customers if they feel they have forgotten their appointment either to check where they are. My car sat there all day and was never looked at. A job that could have taken 2 hrs took 28 hrs. 28hrs I was without my vehicle as a huge inconvenience to me and my family. The dealership did detail my car as an apology and I did appreciate that.”
