“I have been shopping around for a Bronco for some time. I was not 100% committed I shopped online went to a different dealer, they just did not hook me in. When I was shopping on line at Country Ford, there was immediate communication. Interaction with Scott. He took time with me, which led to me taking the drive out there. There are other dealers much closer to my location. He was willing to wait for me after work, there was no garuntee that I was going to purchase a vehicle. Scott greeted me and took time with me did not pressure me Showed me multiple vehicles. At one point, I knew I was going to purchase a vehicle from Scott just did not know which one. Once I decided what I wanted, we sat at a table took down information. The process was so easy. Nothing like I’ve ever remembered when buying a vehicle. The next morning, I was back with my trade-in vehicle and left in my Bronco. There has been follow up and I have been very happy with the service.
