“Huge thanks to Trevor for helping me purchase my new 2026 Nissan Rogue! I walked in with my daughter and received great customer service from the moment we arrived.
Honestly, I thought I might be wasting their time because of my poor credit history. But Trevor kept encouraging me to stay positive and said I would be leaving with a new car that day. I was still unsure—but guess what? I drove out with my new car!
Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and pleasant. I will always recommend Nissan of Garden City because of their excellent service. Trevor was simply the best!”

“Let me start by saying their Sales Department is excellent if you speak to right person very helpful. I have brought 4 cars from them. My biggest problem was always the service Department they truly need a -10. You should not have to wait for 3 to 5 hours for a simple oil change. Their excuse is we do everything else. Make it make sense of course you do but then create a fast lane for that. Absolutely ridiculous and the service advisor is like well we have nothing to do with that well damnit someone does and listen to your customer especially when they are not talking because it's free. An hour but the most or hour and a half. Be realistic and comprise your service department the same way you handled the purchase in Sales. Do better and respect your customers time. Thank god for RONNIE he hears me & did the right thing I feel better 10 stars for him.
I appreciate him that's the guy to go to he listens”

“This was a few months ago, apparently doesn't understand the term "out the door". I agreed to a number with the sales person went to financing manager, talking about "that price the sales person promised didn't have the certification", tacked on another 3k or so
Purchased due to time constraints, but extremely unhappy, do not recommend.
For those who have the time, best purchase I did was in over in PA, generally lower prices in that state and the dealership I went to was very straight forward. Unlike this dealership who says "they are not allowed to talk numbers over the phone", agreed to the numbers over the phone, and went in and got it the next day, no run around. If I could return the car I would.”

“After three days of shopping to replace my banged up car, my last stop was a Nissan because I only researched one car. Thanks to Alberto it was an easy decision. Extremely nice, never pushy, answered all my questions and got me to sign and drive with a good deal. He even helped me return my rental and took care of an insurance slip up. Although I didn’t get the color I wanted, the rest was easy and efficient with no pressure and everyone was friendly. Definately ask for Alberto he has the experience and the patience.”
