“Excellent experience with Ramos and Edgar.
My mother and my 17 yr old brother were shopping to get my brother a reliable car. They were in many dealerships and ended up liking 2 cars at this and another Honda dealership. I went to both places to make a deal at the end at this place. They had the best customer service that they went above and beyond for us. They tell you one price, and stand by their word. There were no hidden fees or unexpected price increases once you make a decision. Very honest, very straightforward with what they are doing. They gave us the best value for our money.
2 days after purchasing the vehicle, we had to bring it back for an update on the computer system for the car. They were very easy to deal with, they made the process very smooth and took care of us quickly. They are not there to make a sale and done with you, they are there to take of you long term.
From sales team to service team, they are very professional, genuine and honest.
Recommend this place 100%.”

“I'm a repeat buyer. I turned in my 2023 Honda Ridgeline lease and leased a 2025 Ridgeline at Millennium Honda. The whole process took a little over an hour. The lease return itself took less than ten minutes. They handled the back end with the bank, I signed one paper, gave them the keys, and moved right into the new lease. No pressure at any point.
Thanks to Jorge Garcia, my salesperson for both the 2023 and 2025 Ridgeline. Jorge was invaluable; he was never aggressive, always organized, and always ready to help. He and Ravel Mejia, the General Manager, set the tone for the whole deal. Mario Garcia from Finance was also on point. No surprises, no padding. Just clear numbers and honest responses. The entire team was professional and hands-on throughout.

“Dear Honda Management Team,
I would like to share my recent experience at the Honda Millennium Service Center, which unfortunately was very disappointing. Today, the service center was not busy at all, yet my visit turned into a long and frustrating experience.
I went there with my kids to replace a tire that was completely ripped from the side—it couldn’t even hold air. Initially, the staff told me that the tire insurance would not cover it because they “didn’t see any hole.” I found this explanation unreasonable, as the tire damage was clearly visible. I purchased tire insurance at the time of buying my car specifically to avoid such issues, so I fail to understand the purpose of this insurance if it does not cover obvious and genuine damage.
After multiple requests, they told me they were trying to contact the insurance company. This process alone took about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Once the insurance part was supposedly sorted, it took them another 1 hour and 30 minutes just to replace the tire—a job that should normally take no more than 15 to 20 minutes.
To give a relatable example, it’s like waiting hours at a restaurant for a simple cup of coffee while watching the staff chat behind the counter. The delay was excessive and showed a lack of urgency or customer care.
I truly believe management should maintain better oversight and accountability in such situations. Customers invest a significant amount of money in their vehicles and expect reliable service in return. When we come to purchase a car, the staff gives us full attention and treats us with the utmost respect, but when it comes to claims or warranty services, the attitude seems to change completely.
I’m sharing this feedback respectfully and sincerely in hopes that management will take it seriously and ensure that future customers receive the timely, professional, and courteous service that Honda is known for.
