“Came in at like 7:45 on Tuesday after looking at Toyotas at 3 other dealerships. Tim O’Connell helped me locate the vehicle I came with in mind. We took a test drive in it. I told Tim that I was not making a decision that evening. He did not pressure me to buy the vehicle right then. I called the next day after talking with my husband and deciding it was the car for us. We were not forced to put down any money to hold the vehicle. I just had to start the application process. They did all the financing on Thursday. I was supposed to go into tomorrow (1/24/26) but the weather is supposed to be nasty so he squeezed me in today. I walked out with the vehicle I wanted, financing that worked for me, and with a car sale I was happy to make. I would recommend Bommarito to anyone who wants a pleasant car buying experience.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Bomarito Toyota. I brought my Tacoma in for a repaint on a truck I originally purchased from them, and the entire team went above and beyond to take care of me. They worked diligently to help get the repaint fully covered under warranty, and the result was a complete repaint of the whole truck, which looks absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, professional, and treated me with respect. On top of that, they provided me with a loaner vehicle for the entire time my truck was being painted, which made a huge difference and showed how much they truly care about their customers. This is the kind of service that builds long-term trust. I highly recommend Bomarito Toyota to anyone looking for a dealership that stands behind their vehicles and takes care of their customers. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Bommarito Toyota – Ask for Tim O’Connell We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Bommarito Toyota in Hazelwood, MO, working with Matt and Tim. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. We came in looking for a very specific Toyota Sequoia 1794 Edition—exact color and interior. As we were walking through the dealership, the New Car Manager, Matt McManus, greeted us and asked what brought us in. We explained how specific our requirements were and understood that Toyota doesn’t allow custom ordering like some manufacturers. Matt walked us through the process and said he would do his best to get us in line for an upcoming allocation. We left with modest expectations. To our surprise, within two hours of leaving, Matt called to let us know he had already located the exact vehicle at a dealership out of state. Before I even had a chance to call him back, he had already sent a driver to get it. Matt then handed us off to who he called his “best sales associate,” Tim. I’ll admit I was skeptical—like anyone who’s dealt with car dealerships—but that skepticism disappeared quickly. Within 48 hours, Tim had the exact top-of-the-line vehicle we wanted sitting on the lot. The entire experience was true red-carpet service from beginning to end. Tim communicated clearly, handled everything professionally, and made the process completely stress-free. Hands down, this was the best dealership and sales experience we’ve ever had. Tim is the friendliest and most dedicated salesman we’ve worked with, and it was a true pleasure doing business with him. If you’re buying a vehicle at Bommarito Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for Tim O’Connell.”

“When I first approached Bommarito, I was treated negatively by a middle aged man, Craig. He was dismissive of my questions and wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. He told me to go to the website to have my questions answered. Questions being “what’s the difference between the XLE and the Limited? What’s the average gas mileage, what’s the price difference?” I left, I did additional research online and I reached back out to the dealership and asked for a new sales associate to continue with my purchase. I was sent to Rachel who was compassionate, answered all of my questions in regard to the car, financing, down payments, trade in, warranties, and features available. We ordered a new Grand Highlander meeting my specifications and budget and she walked me through every step of the process of this new big life purchase for me and my family. Once the car arrived she spent over an hour and walked me through setting up the car, all the buttons and features, and even answers post questions a couple days later when I was confused about a feature. She has gone above and beyond just “selling a car” to make sure that I am comfortable and happy with my purchase. Rachel is absolutely everything a sales associate should be when purchasing a vehicle. Ask for her. Buy from her. We will go back to her, wherever she is, when we are ready for our next purchase because we know 100% we will be taken care of.”
