Just purchased a Toyota Tacoma from them and went in without a scheduled appointment . Igor was the guy who greeted me and I can tell you from the start the guy was very polite and helpful from the beginning till the end of the transaction! He did an amazing job , answered and helped me with every guestion and requirement ! I got in and out in less than 2 hours and I have left with the feeling that from now on I’ll go and buy my cars only with them .. loved the energy and smooth transaction. Very pleasant experience

Just bought a car from this dealership and the service was amazing. Straight shooters, cut all the bs out of the deal. They were knowledgeable on the car we purchased and and helpful in many other areas. I very much recommend TSF Auto Sales. I was lucky enough to come across them while searching for a car. Victor was wonderful—helpful and understanding. He worked patiently with me, which was very considerate, as I was originally hesitant about the purchase. The car was incredibly well maintained and well priced. I chose to finance through Victor at TSF, which was seamless. They also took care of everything involved in getting the vehicle on the road, which saved me a lot of time and energy. I very much suggest TSF Auto Sales and feel very lucky to have stumbled upon their dealership. Thank you, TSF. Thank you, Victor.

UPDATE: *I have received the $200 inspection reimbursement so I updated the rating although I still do NOT understand the response of "Regarding the additional $90 you mention, from your own review it is unclear what this charge was for" reread and you'll see it's for oil change + wheel alignment* I purchased a used 2024 24k mileage Honda Accord from this dealership, and within two days, the check engine light came on and I discovered the car had actually been in a minor accident, despite being told it had a clean Carfax. At that point, I suspected either the car was never properly inspected before being put up for sale, or they deliberately cleared the code to hide existing issues. I took the car to an official Honda Service Center, where I paid $180 out-of-pocket for an oil change and wheel alignment, with a purge valve replacement covered under warranty. I called the dealership expecting some form of accountability, but was told, “You should’ve come to us. We would’ve done the oil change for free and used a smaller shop for the alignment. We’ll only reimburse $90.” So, instead of taking ownership, they blamed me for using a literal Honda Service Center. Two days later, the check engine light came on again. I went back to the Honda Service Center, where they replaced the EVAP system and recommended replacing the capless fuel filler unit. A day later, the light came on again. I also reported the car was shaking at high speeds. The dealership told me to drop it off at one of their partner shops (a different Honda Service Center). They said they’d take care of the capless unit replacement and high-speed wheel balancing (which cost $60). Those were done, and yet again, a day later, the check engine light came back on. By this point, I was already out more than $400 in repairs and over $200 in Uber rides, with no resolution. I brought the car back to a Honda Service Center for a deeper inspection. After leaving it there for two days, I was told the EVAP charcoal canister was cracked. Total repair cost: $900, including a $200 inspection fee — none of it covered under warranty. When I informed the dealership, they promised to handle the repair themselves and reimburse me the $200 inspection fee. I agreed and canceled the service through Honda. This was the only time the car wasn’t taken to an official Honda location. The dealership took it to a random shop in Brooklyn. And it was delivered to my building after back and forth. A few days later, they told me my license plate arrived. I asked if they could ship it and also followed up about the reimbursements: the $200 inspection, $90 (out of $180) for the alignment, and $60 for the high-speed balancing. Here’s the kicker — suddenly, they had no memory of ever making those promises. Selective memory at its finest. Now they claimed they only owed the $200 inspection fee, making it clear I was only going to receive the plate and with a $200 check and nothing else. I quote them - “Good, it’s only $90 and $60 — that’s your own car expense,” and when I responded, they interrupted saying, “Nope, it’s YOUR car expense.” When I called them out on being scummy, their response was, “How dare you call us this,” followed by a list of how they supposedly “accommodated” me — as if I should be grateful for their effort in dealing with a broken car they sold me. They should be grateful I didn’t return the car on the spot. My two biggest regrets are (1) not returning the car immediately after talking to a lawyer and (2) not getting every promise and call written or recorded. I did what I could with the frustrating situation I was put in, while also giving the benefit of the doubt — used only official Honda Service Centers, gave regular updates, and gave the dealership multiple chances to do the right thing. Instead, they responded with broken promises, denial, guilt trips, gaslighting, and dishonesty. This dealership operates with shady tactics, selective memory, and zero accountability. They sold me a problem car, wasted my time, and lied about reimbursements. Do not trust them.

I have been to many many dealers in the past, and this dealership is BY FAR the best dealership that I have ever went to!! All of the staff and sales representatives are incredibly kind, respectful, and honest. They were super specific about all details about the car. They double, triple, and quadruple checked if we were sure we wanted to pick the car we were looking at. If you go to any other dealership you are wasting your time. Buy a car from TSF Auto Sales!! You will not regret it.
