āInitially the service was the worst Iāve ever had. The service manager is rude. They increased the price. Then the car did not work once I got home. They sent the repair man to my house to fix it. It was a cable lose.
Redemption. I live about 20 miles away and they made the trip. Awesome service.ā

āI could not be more dissatisfied with my service. I dropped it off on Thursday after work for an inspection to see if anything could be fixed before the warranty expired. I told them Iād like the brakes and oil replaced, and then I gave them a few examples of things that have concerned me in the past with my car, hoping they could diagnose it. I dropped it off Thursday evening before they closed, Friday morning they were blowing up my phone, and once I answered it was just to get my email and to tell me that āitāll be ready Friday or Monday at the latest.ā Iām not from the area and donāt have any family around to help me out so I had to crash at a friendās place until my car was ready for pick up. I didnāt hear anything back that day. I reached out Saturday to see if there was a chance for me to get my car that day so I could go home because once again Iām staying at a friend's place. They said the rep who was working on my car went home early. So I wait till Monday and around 4pm I gave them a call to see when itād be ready given that this was the no later than date and once again my rep went home already at this point and I ask if anyone else can look at it due to it only being an inspection, and I was told no one else could give it a look over, and that I would just have to wait for my rep to get in on Tuesday and for me to call as early as possible. So now I have to go to work in the same clothes that I wore on Thursday because once again I havenāt been home in 5 days. And on that morning at 8am I call and the person on the phone gave me a lot of misinformation saying that they ākilled my battery and I have to buy a new one.ā And once I showed up to pick up my car around 3pm after work they were all nice and told me that they had no clue why the phone rep would say that. They charged me $200 for the inspection where they said my brakes and tires were fine even though Iāve been driving on the same ones for over 4 years across the country 3 times 74,000 miles worth of wear and tear. Told me it was fine. Didnāt replace my oil as I asked, didnāt replace my brake pads as I asked, and charged me $200 just to keep my car for 5 days and not let me go home, and to not do anything that I had asked them to do. I paid for them to hold my car and thatās pretty much the end of it. Absolutely the worst service Iāve ever gotten.ā

āEdit: premier Volkswagen tried multiple times to get me to take this review down. They only care for their image, not the consumer. The service manager Amanda asked if i would take this post down because i got refunded for a $193 oil change (prices increase every time you go there). I spent THOUSANDS of dollars there Amanda. Every time I get my car worked on,something goes wrong. A year ago, I went in for a oil change, and a diagnostics analysis. I declined service on my a/c compressor because 2500 to fix an ac is outrageous. That must've left a bad taste in their mouth because i left the dealership with a hole in my radiator.
I noticed my coolant levels were low immediately but I had to go to work, the next day, I had to pay nearly 3000 to get that fixed.
I just got serviced, paid for a oil change, and my oil is literally the same as I left it. What goes on at this location!!!!!! Please someone explain. I advise everyone to stay away from here, it's not worth it.
Edit: Went back to get my oil change this morning, told them they must've forgot to do it, not sure how that happens, and immediately the manager went in defense mode. She try to say I might have an internal leak because the filter was changed, I just didn't have any oil in the engine and tried to run with that narrative. I know my oil was low before I initially brought it in, there's no leak, well there might be now I let them take my car back there again, I get a refund and she asks if I'm going to take this review down. I tell her if the car is running fine then yes I will. I kid you not, the car stalled on me pulling out of the dealership. Now the same problems I already went to get fixed a year ago, have returned in full force. The service there is a scam, Im certain. I'm not taking this review down please go to your neighbor hood mechanic, at least you won't pay thousands of dollars to have the same problem with car, you can save some money.ā

āIt was the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson Mr. Bridges, the manager Mr. James, the financial manager Mr. Jody were superb. They are kind, patient, and most understanding. Even the other staff I came in contact with at the dealership was most kind. They made me/us feel like family and that they appreciated us being there.
