“On 1/30/2026, I went to Premiere Nissan of Harvey re: recall notification for engine for my 2023 Rouge; and for an oil change service. I was met by Service Manager Tommy Duffy and Service Adviser Amie Harold. These employees were very helpful in assisting me to make sure the repairs and maintenance for my vehicle were addressed correctly and assured me that the wait time for my repairs would be completed in a timely manner. Manager Duffy and Adviser Harold were very knowledgeable of their job description, courteous, and professional; and made me feel like I was part of the Nissan Family. Manager Duffy made sure I had a ride home while my vehicle was being repaired; and even provided me with a ride back from my residence to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. The service was quick and outstanding . When I was picking up my vehicle and checking out with the cashier, I was met with kindness and respect; and Cashier Hannah Chiasson was very professional and courteous in making sure all the paperwork was correctly completed. It is because of loyal employees like Manager Duffy, Adviser Harold and Cashier Chiasson that I continue to bring my vehicles to Premiere Nissan of Harvey for service and repairs. Premiere Nissan needs to hire more employees like these individuals. I have to say, Premiere Nissan of Harvey is the dealership that goes beyond "out their way" to ensure that their customers are well satisfied, serving their customers with outstanding and speedy service. The Premiere Nissan dealership should be rated above the 5 stars that is usually associated with the ratings given to car dealerships (and should actually be awarded a 20 star rating).
