Joe at Premier Dodge was fantastic from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without pressure, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and personable, but Joe nailed it. If you’re going to Premier Dodge, do yourself a favor and ask for Joe—you won’t be disappointed.

My truck was at the dealership for 8 days (note this was during New Years). I paid over $1,000 to get a starter replaced and was without a vehicle for over a week. It was Very very expensive for that replacement. $1000 for a starter. I was not happy with the AI answering service I was forced to speak to every time I called to attempt to get an update. I spoke to an actual human twice in the 8 days my truck was at this dealership and only received an Update twice. The AI service is very frustrating. It’s like speaking into a black hole. The actual person I was able to speak too (Vickie) was great. Overall review is unsatisfactory however my truck is fixed for a pretty penny so at least there’s that. I do not plan to take my truck back to Premier.

Premier had multiple opportunities to make this a normal visit, but they failed miserably every step of the way and now get a negative review. Premier has the worst communication of any establishment I've ever visited. The entire site uses an AI phone agent. There is not a way to get in touch with an actual person. They never once returned a phone call after I left a message requesting status or my place in line. The only way for me to get in touch with the service department was to call the Sales line, say I would like to buy a jeep, and then my call was immediately taken. I would then request they direct me to service. I needed my car towed to the dealership and when I arrived they accepted my keys but didn't ask for my information, which didn't give me comfort. For days, I couldn't get anyone on the phone, so I went in person to access the situation. There was a line of patrons trying to get the attention of a group of service reps who were ignoring them for the most part. My keys were still sitting on the service rep's desk.(Two days after I had dropped them off) Someone could have just taken them and Premier would have been none the wiser. While waiting in line, multiple patrons and I said we would never buy CDJR (Stellantis) again. They addressed me after 20 minutes, said they would call me in the afternoon about my place in line. That call came another 2 days later. When they finally got to my car, there was no way to talk to anyone about the inspection results and the work to be performed. I only received a text message asking me to approve the work, but I had questions with no way to talk to the mechanic or foreman. It was a holiday weekend. I knew it could be a few days. Just tell me when you would get to my car rather than stringing me along for days. The AI chat bot is hot garbage. Let us talk to an actual person. The worst part is this type of experience is par for the course for CDJR. This is my third CDRJ dealership that I've had the displeasure of using, and while they're all average to bad, Premier has been by far the worst.

Considering the fact that James was ill, the end was better than the beginning. My vehicle was held for 2 days with little or no communication. Once contact was restored on the third day, I was pleased with the sincere honesty of my vehicle's condition and plan for moving forward in the future. Further, there were no payments for needless services. Thank you

Eric made the process so easy for me. I was able to get what I wanted and process was A1. All in one day! Staff was nice but you see that Eric he did his thing! Mr. Harold was great also. Handling business over the phone and coming in to sign those papers and getting your keys best thing to do. Thanks Eric.
