“Had my oil and diesel filters changed in April of 2025, cost 570$. Had a service light come on, because my crankcase breather was clogged. Realized my oil level was 1 inch above the top of the safe level. Then I also had oil in the turbo. When I went to premier about the oil being overfilled the" master diesel tech" asked me to start the tuck for a minute then kill it, then he hurried and pulled the dip stick, it was still an inch above full. Then he said that was normal. The service manager then came out and agreed with him, until I asked to pull the dipstick on a new truck. They said they would change the oil and take care of everything. The manager also said he would throw in a discount for me. I ended up paying 670$ for this oil change. Their quote was the price of oil went up. But to their credit they smiled and were nice the entire time”

“In an effort to be proactive, my wife while on maternity leave, brought our Jeep to Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Harvey for the 90k mile tune up/inspection on November 1, 2025. Once we got the car back, we noticed smoke coming from under the hood and a burning smell. We contacted the dealership who said it could be spilled oil and should burn off/clear up after a short time. A week or two more passed and still no change so we took the car back to the dealership on December 22, 2025. This time they said we had “three prolific oil leaks”. The service advisor adamantly stated that they didn’t cause the leaks during the oil change (which we disagree with) but she did not know how they were missed in the multi-point inspection which includes “engine oil and/fluid leaks”. We reluctantly agreed to have them do the repair. During this repair we were told the motor mounts needed replacing and also agreed to that work along with a front brake job. After three weeks, we were told the Jeep was ready on January 15, 2026. As we were leaving the dealership, the Jeep now makes a grinding sound when accelerating and turning right. We called back and they had no answer for us but assured us it was nothing they did. We took the Jeep to a different repair shop for an inspection and was told the workmanship from the dealership was shockingly subpar. One of the motor mounts was loose and one was missing two bolts. He suggested we take it back to the dealership for them to fix their mistakes. We took the Jeep back the next day on January 16, 2026. We called many times for an update and either got a recording or no meaningful response from the service advisor only to assure us it was nothing they did. The grinding sound only appeared after they replaced the motor mounts and performed the brake job. We called Monday, January 26, 2026 and was told someone would look it that day. Ten days after dropping it off. Finally on January 29, 2026 we got a call that the Jeep was ready. The adamant service advisor had to inform us that the motor mounts were installed incorrectly and that crucial parts were not even installed by the tech. This further advanced our thoughts that the oil leaks were also caused by the technician. I’m not sure if the technicians intentionally break things so you have to keep bringing your vehicle back for costly repairs or they are just incompetent. Either way, avoid Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Harvey service center. They will have your vehicle for months and CREATE thousands of dollars of work. What started out as basically an oil change has spiraled into over $3k in repair bills.”

“Joe at Premier Dodge was fantastic from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without pressure, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and personable, but Joe nailed it. If you’re going to Premier Dodge, do yourself a favor and ask for Joe—you won’t be disappointed.”

“My truck was at the dealership for 8 days (note this was during New Years). I paid over $1,000 to get a starter replaced and was without a vehicle for over a week. It was Very very expensive for that replacement. $1000 for a starter. I was not happy with the AI answering service I was forced to speak to every time I called to attempt to get an update. I spoke to an actual human twice in the 8 days my truck was at this dealership and only received an Update twice. The AI service is very frustrating. It’s like speaking into a black hole. The actual person I was able to speak too (Vickie) was great. Overall review is unsatisfactory however my truck is fixed for a pretty penny so at least there’s that. I do not plan to take my truck back to Premier.”
