“My check engine light was on so I came in for a diagnostic. I was told over the phone that the diagnostic would be free if I then got the repair there. Then when I get to the service department they tell me that's not true. Fine. My car was driving completely fine before I brought it in, the diagnostic said I need spark plugs, totally true I did. But the car went from driving fine before the diagnostic, then when I got it back I take it on the road and it's shuttering like crazy and I'm getting a drive train warning. Was completely fine before and then going crazy after they looked at it. Coincidence? Okay sure... I got the spark plugs done there I didn't feel comfortable driving the car after they looked at it. Felt like I didn't have a choice. I feel taken advantage of. I won't be going back.”
