“My check engine light was on so I came in for a diagnostic. I was told over the phone that the diagnostic would be free if I then got the repair there. Then when I get to the service department they tell me that's not true. Fine.
My car was driving completely fine before I brought it in, the diagnostic said I need spark plugs, totally true I did. But the car went from driving fine before the diagnostic, then when I got it back I take it on the road and it's shuttering like crazy and I'm getting a drive train warning. Was completely fine before and then going crazy after they looked at it. Coincidence? Okay sure... I got the spark plugs done there I didn't feel comfortable driving the car after they looked at it. Felt like I didn't have a choice.
I feel taken advantage of. I won't be going back.”

“I dropped off my 2025 Mini with Austin for its first maintenance. He was proactive in contacting me about an option we forgot to cover in-person (car wash). Even with that added service, I got my car back within three hours! Thank you!”

Ryan made me feel welcomed and this being my first ever interaction with a dealership for service, he was able to clear up any questions I had about how the warranty processes, loaner assistance, and anything related to the services that I was a bit fuzzy on. Would 100% recommend New Country MINI to anyone for anything and everything.”

From start to finish, Austin was absolutely exceptional. He managed the entire process with impressive efficiency and was incredibly prompt in all of his communications. He made sure I was kept up-to-date without ever feeling overwhelmed, and he clearly respected my time.

“I Been having issues with my 2025 JCW. I must say Austin in the service department is excellent. New country, Mini Of Hartford is so lucky to have an associate like him. He’s always polite, always going up and beyond his job. I know it’s not easy to deal with customers all the time .. Austin,, thank you very much for everything you do. Pedro the head mechanic. He is great. Always doing top notch work. I love dealing with Pedro and Austin .
I know when Pedro is working on my car, I receive the best. I call those guys the A-Team. Thank you guys. That's why I bring my car there for service and I keep buying my cars at new country mini. Also Marc is the best sales guy. Very knowledgeable. Always there to help out on anything. I not the easies customer . I am very down to detail on everything. Thank you for all u do.”
