“Honestly I went to this dealership because it had good reviews. However my experience was not that great unfortunately. I originally went there to look at one car which I called and was told it was available to come on down and check it out. Drove over an hour to check it out only to find out it had sold. Steven then sold me an “upgraded” for their mistake. I was promised a safety check, new battery and oil change. Only to find out none of which was ever done. I would not recommend this place”

“I’ve been on the fence about writing this but here we go. My Check engine light came on the day after I picked up my new car and I’ve been back and forth with a mechanic trying to diagnose the issue with the evap code. I also had to call them back 3 separate times to give them my email before I finally got my registration emailed to me correctly. I was handed windshield wipers to put on myself as they were leaving for the day and I felt like I was keeping them (It was very uncomfortable as one of the associates was visibly upset) The salesman helped me put the wipers on but they were really cheap wipers that didn’t fit right. Today they flew off my car as I was driving in a downpour on the way to work. Now I have to go pick up new wipers when I get out. Another appt with my mechanic on Thursday for my CEL”
