Everywhere else either couldn’t do it or didn’t have the mechanic available, which was frustrating. CarMax made the whole process easy—they had the right mechanic there and got it done without any hassle. The staff was professional, helpful, and knew exactly what they were doing. It was a huge relief after getting the runaround everywhere else. Definitely appreciate their efficiency and would recommend them if you need reliable service.”
