“I enjoy the no haggle pricing. The vehicles I have bought from carmax have been good. They were very responsive about the AT tire request I made, being they were going to put new tires on my Jeep. The car transfer process is very convenient. The only complaint is please start giving two sets of keys with every vehicle. It sucks to have to go straight to the dealership to have one made. I’d buy more vehicles from carmax.”

“Had a phenomenal service experience here! Bought a car in Brandywine, MD and there were a few things that location wasn't able to fix (mainly the third seat had an issue where it wouldn't stay folded and an aftermarket alarm system was installed). I brought my car to this location to get them fixed under the 90 day repair warranty and even though my appointment was actually for the next day, they were able to squeeze me in. The tech Josh fixed both my third row seat issue and even professionally removed the aftermarket alarm with no issues or impact to my car's functionality. This location even provided a Lyft for me to go home since my car needed to be there a little longer and once everything was done they even brought my car to my house so I didn't have to Lyft back there. This place really went above and beyond in service and I'm extremely pleased. I can't recommend this place enough both for the used car buying experience, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the service. Easy 5 stars!”
