“I just bought a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 from them with 60k on it a couple weeks ago. It looked brand new, only had one owner. They were reasonably priced and worked with me to get my monthly payment to a manageable number because they couldn’t give me as much for my current car I was trading in. The sales rep- Joe Lemons was professional & happy to help us the entire way. Including when after I drove this car for a week or so & realized the windshield was warped. It was hard to focus on the road and I drive for work so I put miles on my car. However, that made it very hard to focus on screens etc. Joe would check in to see how the car was doing. When I let him know about the windshield, Joe was happy to make time to have him and his manager take a look. I know it sounds crazy a windshield being messed up, but my Fiancé & dad noticed when they test drove the car but thought they were crazy. For background, my dad has been a Mercedes mechanic for 30+ years. After driving it for a bit though you could tell something was off. Cronin Ford is about 50 minutes from where I live. After test driving the car, Joe and Cody talked with my Fiancé and I & agreed it was warped or whatever term you may use. Joe and Cody even filled my gas tank when they took it for a test drive. It just goes to show they care & are willing to go the extra mile without the customer having to get upset etc. Cody said he would talk to their repair guy and see how much something like this would cost them & touch base Monday. (We brought the car in for the test drive on a Saturday). Cody even thought to ask where we live & when we told them the distance, Cody offered to have them come to us which I thought was going above and beyond! Monday came & Joe messaged me to see what address to give to the auto glass repair company. Within the same hour, I would say I got a call from Mel’s Auto glass repair company to set up a time/day for them to come to me to repair my windshield. Mel’s auto glass had my windshield replaced the next day by EOD! Honestly, I have bought a car before from a dealership & had a bad experience. Cronin Ford honestly went above and beyond on this one. They really took care of us because they want us to come back & to have a good experience. I truly couldn’t recommend them enough, they never pushed back or made any step of this process difficult for me. They responded promptly, communicated clearly & made this process effortless. Let’s be honest, they could have done nothing, I already bought the car & had it for a week or two. This is a place I am happy to do business with & will continue in the future.”

“Just bought a F-150 Tremor from Cronin. I had a very specific list of specs I wanted. They were able to locate an existing new vehicle matching my list promptly. Tony H was my salesperson, he's very helpful and easy to work with. I appreciated his text messages keeping me updated throughout. The finance manger was also very easy to work with, no pressure. The whole process was quick and easy. This is actually our second recent purchase from Cronin. We bought an Explorer last summer. Tony and Ethan were our salespersons on that vehicle. Ethan is very good too. We are really enjoying the Explorer. Besides that, we also have a C-Max hybrid, so we are a 3-Ford family.”

From start to finish, my experience at this Ford dealership was absolutely outstanding. The sales team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping my brother-in-law find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. They took the time to answer all our questions, explained features clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The finance department was just as impressive. Everything was explained in a clear and transparent way, with no pressure and no surprises. They worked hard to get the right deal and made sure he understood all his options before moving forward.
Overall, this dealership truly delivers top-notch customer service from sales to finance. It’s rare to find a team this friendly, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle-buying experience. I will definitely be back for future purchases for my own ford f150 needs and try out the service dept and parts dept and I believe I or my brother in law will get the same top notch service. “Tony Henegar and the sales manager were forthright with any questions I had with the vehicle I was purchasing. I knew what I wanted and they didn’t try to over-sale something I didn’t want. I spent less than 45 minutes total at there dealership over 2 days. This is the second time I bought from Tony and I appreciate his honesty. My old truck and my new truck. I’m a man of habit. “I had such a great experience purchasing my Ford Escape! Joe Lemon was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was never pushy and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He encouraged me to take the car on a test drive for as long as I wanted and explained everything so clearly. It never felt like just a business transaction—Joe kept it wholesome, easy to talk to, and always kept communication clear. He was patient, kind, and truly understanding, which made the whole process so much easier.
I also want to give a big thank you to Richard, who handled the financing. When the computer went down and I had to leave to pick up my son, they actually let me leave and come back later in my new car (legally, of course). Because of that, I got to surprise my son by picking him up in a brand-new ride—which made the day even more special! On top of that, they worked with me on my upside-down loan and were able to get me an even better deal with a lower payment than I expected.
The whole team was amazing, but especially Joe and Richard. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. And I absolutely love my new SUV!”
