“I purchase a used vehicle and the air condition was out of freon 2 weeks later. I didn't even receive the license plate yet. Because it was sold as is, they wouldn't repair it. Very disturbing. This is how the little man gets treated by a big company.”

“Cannot give any rating on my last service. VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! Had vehicle in shop for recalls and warranty work for 5 1/2 weeks. Never got call from anyone on progress, had to go there weekly to be told you still have a few people ahead of you. Never had this problem in the past VERY DISAPPOINTED! Had extended warranty and was supposed to get rental car, however, no one, service advisor, service manager, nor sales manager could help me with this. Again, poor service from management on this issue.”

“The service department tried to charge me $450 and $1000 for an electrical harnesses...
I had the vehicle towed to another dealer and it cost $250 vs the $1450.
Service Advisor Ron is nice but tech needs more training.”
