“Purchased a used Infiniti, and only two weeks later my steering rack broke which had been broken since I bought the car but I was told initially “the knocking when you turn is just because it’s an old car” come to find out they put a malfunctioning part in. The car also flooded due to a clogged drain line. I took it to their shop where they then had my car for nearly a month and each week it was another excuse as to why the car wasn’t completed yet. I’ve only had the car back about a month now and the car is falling apart, the steering wheel uncontrollably shakes, the service director told us “that’s not a safety issue”. I’ve been demanding a return and they refuse. Moral of the story. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY SCREW YOU OVER. So now im stuck with an unsafe car.”

“Purchased a used vehicle for my wife at Hanover Mercedes, Salesman Geoff was pleasant and professional and did his best to address any issues with the vehicle, however the vehicle had some SAFETY issues that the sales manager’s John Hoyt and Robert Leaver refused to repair. The cruise control equipped with ICC intelligent cruise control, a safety feature that adjusts speed to maintain safe distance, it was sold as if operational, when I made them aware they agreed to repair it then later refused to do so, even after the car was evaluated at Infiniti that confirmed safety issues if not repaired. In addition to that I had to bring it back for a very loud rattling noise coming from the exhaust. All things that should’ve been noticed during a multi point inspection. I am sharing video so you can see for yourself as the car turn signals and hazard lights and heat stop working while in use.”

“My sales person was the best ever! Geoff has a very broad knowledge of the auto industry and his overall knowledge of the Mercedes brands etc is top notch. He was very patient with me and not pushy and took extra time to explain all the options on the 2025 G Wagon. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a new Mercedes. The finance manager and sales manager were both awesome as well. I have bought many cars over the years and the overall experience with Mercedes is definitely top-notch. Kudos to the whole team!”
