“recently purchased a car from this dealership, and overall it was a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and respected. The salesman was professional, patient, and explained everything in detail, which made the process smooth and clear. I really appreciated how he took the time to go over every part of the purchase without rushing me. The only thing that could make the experience even better would be offering water, coffee, or light snacks for customers waiting. I was there for about four hours, and it would have been nice to have some refreshments available during the wait. Or process can be speed up. Other than that, it was an excellent experience with a great salesman and friendly staff.”

“While browsing the web for a car with low miles, a good price and in great condition. Came upon this dealer with the car I was looking for. Applied online and Paul got a hold of me and guided me to the next steps, then Gonzalo helped me get a good deal for financing and what seemed impossible Gonzalo made it work. “My experience with Keller GMC was all I could have hoped it would be. From being greeted kindly and shown exactly what I was there to check out, to the quick and easy initial financing option, to being given time and space to consider my options. Things couldn't have been a better initial impression and early interactions during my vehicle buying process. And once I said "yes, let's do it" they were just as good to me. The finance department made sure I had my best available deal even changing for the better while I was in the room signing papers. The vehicle was cleaned and filled with fuel and ready to go by the time the paperwork was done. Absolutely wonderful service, top to bottom, and I look forward to future interactions.”

““Here we go again !” Just bought a 2026 Traverse. The sales spiel includes all the points you earn on the GM app that you get to use towards the purchase of upgrades. So I buy running boards and when they come into their parts department I called and made an appointment to have them installed. I go in for my appointment and the guy immediately starts complaining about buying things on line and having kellers install it. I’m so sick of hearing how good a business is before you buy the vehicle and seeing the business that they actually do when you have to take it back to them. The service advisor told me immediately. I would have to leave the vehicle there all day just to put running boards on because I bought the runningboards on their GM app. It was not a very good experience and if this sets the tone for what I have to come with this vehicle probably should’ve went somewhere else to buy and would recommend anyone else the same! What is even worse I get it back with a small dent in the hood!!”
