“I had the best truck buying experience I've ever had here! They were patient with my crazy schedule, the price of the truck I was interested in was very fair, they gave me the high end of book values on my trade. I requested a remote starter be installed at their expense, they agreed without hesitation. When the truck went through their shop the tires passed inspection but weren't great so they replaced all 4 at their expense also. My salesman was James May. He was awesome, and made the whole buying experience great! I will go back for my next vehicle even though I love 45 minutes away! Highly recommend!”

“The salesman I spoke to acted like I was bothering him, was disinterested in helping me find a vehicle. It was a bad experience. He even asked me to take pictures of the sheet with the payment options so that he wouldn’t “have to print them again.” No questions on how he could find a way to make a sale. Just put the numbers down and sat back in his chair with little to no give and take, barely even talked to me. I guess I was wasting his valuable time. Maybe try to sell me on another vehicle or ask questions on how to get me into another model? The guy didn’t get it, was not pleasant to deal with.”

“Wasn’t going to, but have to leave a review on strike 3. Purchased a car at Mazda that was transferred from this dealership. Both the sales person at Mazda and here were unresponsive when I reached out for the second key. I have one key for my vehicle now. Then came here 3x because the new brakes they installed (twice) were squeaking. Had to do them myself, turns out they used old hardware and shims causing the noise. Then I scheduled an oil change 2 weeks out, with checking the box to have my engine and cabin air filters changed. On the day of the service they said they did not have the filters in stock. Wouldn’t you order these ahead of time when you see the service scheduled? So I’ve had to do my brakes to make sure they were done correct, the air filters on my own, I might as well do my own oil changes too at this point…”
