“I purchased a 2017 Tacoma brand new from Younger and have had it serviced there for the entire time I've owned it. I have no complaints about that. Recently, I've stopped in several times to look at new 4 Runners and Land Cruisers. I have not been able to get assistance from a sales person at all. Yesterday, I stopped at the front desk and asked if anyone from sales was available. The sales person that they directed me to didn't really seem interested in helping me. I asked him a few basic questions and he didn't really seem to have any answers. He never offered to show me any vehicles, and didn't really seem that interested in talking to me. I should mention that I was the only person in the showroom shopping for new vehicles at the time. I get the distinct impression that they did not want my business. Three stars because of my past history with them. I probably will go elsewhere from here on out.”

“We took a risk driving two hours away to look at a minivan but im glad we did because We had such an awesome experience buying a car here with Cody Shaw who was personable, very accommodating to our two little kids, very honest with us the entire process, and even mailed a small part for the van to our house days after the sale. He was awesome! Everyone we encountered was kind despite it being at the end of the day . Dwayne Johnson, the finance manager, was excellent as well. I would buy a car here again if i needed to!”

“Flew from FL to MD to pick this 6 Speed TRD Sport Premium up from Jonathan Jaeger at Younger Toyota, as they were the only dealer I could find in the country that had exactly what I wanted on the lot. The Sales Manager, Mike Hampton was up front and transparent when working out the pricing over the phone before I flew up there, and there were no surprises when I got to the dealership. Cheryl Taylor in Finance was patient with me in going over my financing options, made me feel comfortable in my decisions, and I was not pressured into purchasing additional products or services.
If you are looking for an up front and honest Toyota dealership, whether you are local or out of state - this is the place to go!”

“I want to share this review because it cost me almost one thousand dollars to fix. I came Monday for an oil change, tire rotation and everything else that’s included which i would assume they should know if something is wrong with my Camry. I leave with nothing but a $350 repair estimate for my hood struts. Two days later my engine light went off and my car overheated a few minutes later. I went to my closest mechanic and he tells me my car has a recall for bad electric pump. To my surprise he says he’s very shocked that nobody had the audacity to tell me what was going on. I’m very disappointed at Toyota for not informing me that this was a situation they deal with a lot. Be aware if you own a 2019 and up Camry faulty electric pumps can cost you an arm and leg.”
