“I want to sincerely thank Weston Buick GMC, INC for the truly exceptional service they have provided me over the past five years. Five years ago, I randomly walked into Weston Buick GMC looking to purchase a Buick SUV. From the very beginning, I was lucky to work with Scott, an outstanding account manager. He patiently listened to my needs and worked hard to find the perfect model with all the features that fit me exactly. I absolutely loved that car , it became more than just a vehicle to me, it felt like a best friend and something I was deeply attached to for the past five years. What impressed me most is that Scott’s service didn’t stop after the sale. Over the last five years, whenever I had questions or needed help, Scott was always there, consistently providing amazing, honest, and reliable customer service with Gary (always schedule me asap) . That level of care for such a long time is truly rare. Last month, in December 2025, I was involved in a collision accident that was not my fault, and I was heartbroken to learn that my beloved car was a total loss. I immediately reached out to Scott and told him I wanted to purchase the same model with the same features to help heal my broken heart. He responded right away and immediately started helping me search. Within 1-2 weeks, Scott helped me locate the exact car I wanted and even arranged to have it shipped from far away. He never pressured me, explained everything clearly, and laid out all the details transparently. I trusted him completely, I didn’t even go through the traditional stressful car buying process because I knew Scott always has my best interest in mind. What touched me the most was what happened next. After I brought the car home, I realized some features weren’t exactly what I expected. I reached out to Scott, and he comforted me immediately, then communicated with his team. Just a few hours later, he told me they could help resolve it , even though it was already very close to the Christmas holiday. When the replacement vehicle arrived, I went back to the dealership with my son. On the way there, I told myself that even if the color wasn’t my favorite, it would be okay since features mattered more. But the most exciting moment came when the team surprised us with the same ocean blue color I loved , with upgraded features. I was honestly like a little girl, smiling, jumping, and filled with joy. My son and I were beyond happy. I also want to sincerely thank Clayton, who stepped in to help complete the entire process while Scott was out. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Because of them, I received the best Christmas Eve gift , my car , which truly healed my heart after losing my previous one in the car accident. Lastly, I want to mention how incredible Buick is as a brand. In a three-car collision, my son, my puppy, and I were protected by the vehicle’s safety features, and we are incredibly grateful for that. That experience showed me the exceptional quality and safety of Buick vehicles. It’s unbelievable, and it’s the reason I love Buick so much and will continue to choose Buick , and only Buick , for my vehicles in the future. I highly recommend Scott and the entire Weston Buick GMC team to anyone looking for an honest, caring, and truly exceptional car buying experience.”
