I would buy a car from here everyday, if I could. Best big-purchase shopping experience I’ve ever had. Heather is so good at her job, that I’d steal her away from here if I could to work for me. Huge props to her and Dante for making my day! Run here, don’t walk, seriously. 100/10

I recently underwent the process of car shopping, which brought me into contact with several car dealerships, as I made inquiries about availability of the vehicle I was seeking. As such I probably spoke with 4 or 5 different Ram dealerships in Oregon and Washington. Out of them all, Gresham CDJR was a standout experience. The gentleman that assisted me, Luis Plantillas, was very knowledgeable about their vehicles on site and the various model features, fast and efficient in providing all the requisite information I needed to facilitate an out of state vehicle purchase, and had the vehicle and all paperwork ready upon my arrival for a streamlined purchase process. I worked with finance manager, Yusif who was very easy going and explained all my purchase and warranty options with no pressure to go one way or another during the closing process. This was such a great experience I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Ram truck. My out the door cost for the same year, make and model truck, with matching features, to one at a different dealership near my home, was such a better deal in Gresham, and it was a no haggle price. It was an unbelievable savings and worth the quick trip down and back. Highly recommend this Dodge Ram dealership. They rocked!

I began my discussion regarding this transaction over the phone being that we are in Eastern Washington and the dealer is in Gresham Oregon. In working directly with the store manager the response and feedback was quick. The manager was honest with us and was not defensive when we had follow up questions or questioning the numbers. What he did not have answers for he was willing to involve the General Sales Manager or owner. They were not pushy nor intrusive in an attempt to up sale us towards items we did not need. What was originally offered that we asked to be taken off of the deal. They simply removed it. They showed us great customer service throughout the transaction. We flew in to Portland to complete the transaction in person and they had our sales representative come and meet us at the airport to take us back to the dealership. We were prepared to Uber and they exceeded our expectations by offering to pick us up. OThe time in financing went well and did not take as long as past experiences. Respected where we were with the out the door price without more pressure to extend warranties and additional items. Our overall experience with Gresham staff was excellent. Shout out to our sales representative. He was a kind and engaging sales representative. And Daunte the manager was very hospitable and made sure we were taken care of and treated right. I would highly recommend Gresham Dodge, Ram, Chrysler to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from them. Blessings! Shon & Kim

**UPDATE** After weeks of unresolved issues and poor communication from management, I made the decision to return the truck to this dealership. I consulted with my bank, and they advised me to drop off the vehicle and return the keys. I am located out of state and drove over 900 miles to return the truck. I was told they would send me the wheel lock key, which they never did. When I arrived at the dealership to return the truck, I was then directed to speak with Junior, who is supposed to be the sales manager, he asked me why I was returning the truck. I explained, again, that I had been overcharged for items included in the loan and had not received everything I paid for. When I asked to sign the return paperwork, he refused to produce any documents. I handed the keys to Junior and exited the dealership to head to the airport at which point he followed me outside and threw the keys at my back. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from anyone in my life, let alone a sales associate. As a business owner who regularly purchases trucks and vehicles, I have dealt with countless dealerships across the country. Never have I been treated with such disregard and hostility. The lack of communication, the misleading financial practices, the failure to deliver paid-for items, and finally, the outright disrespect from their staff are absolutely disgraceful. I didn’t have time to involve the police that day, but make no mistake, no customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. What was supposed to be a simple vehicle return turned into a disturbing encounter that no professional business should ever allow. This entire experience was beyond unacceptable. If you value honesty, professionalism, and basic decency avoid this dealership at all costs. ** Our experience with Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been nothing short of a nightmare. We contacted this dealership about a new 2026 Ram 3500 Tradesman for our business. The sales rep went over the specs and gave us “out-the-door” numbers over the phone, but refused to provide anything in writing. Every other dealership we spoke with had no issue doing that. This was the first red flag. The sales rep also said, “people call us because we have the lowest prices,” which now I realize is just a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in the door. We still flew to Portland with our Bank of America loan approval in hand, ready to buy the truck. Here’s where it went from frustrating to outright deceptive: BOA told us the dealership only needed to use a unique approval code to process the loan. Instead, Gresham CDJR submitted a duplicate loan application, triggering two credit pulls without my consent. This was not explained, not authorized, and completely unnecessary. It’s clear this was done to manipulate financing terms, increase charges, and make more profit off the sale. That’s fraudulent behavior, plain and simple. When it came time to sign paperwork, the numbers were not what we were quoted on the phone. The “out-the-door” pricing was suddenly higher. As out-of-state buyers, we said we wanted to handle registration and taxes separately. We were told “the owner got burned before” and now forces everyone to pay those fees upfront which meant they rolled them into our loan without our approval. This was not agreed to and feels like another dishonest tactic to pad their profits. To top it off, they charged us for wheel locks that they never even provided. When we checked, the wheel lock key wasn’t even in stock. We literally paid for something that didn’t exist. This dealership operates with deceptive, unethical, and borderline fraudulent business practices. We are now in the process of returning the vehicle and will never do business with them again. Out-of-state buyers avoid this place at all costs.

Nice dealership. Ahmed & Dante did a great job working with us. Finance options, Credit scores report etc went really fast. I got a good deal on 2026 RAM 2500 6.4L Laramie Night Edition. One area they could have done better (or needs improvement) was the trade-in process. It wasn't a very clear cut situation.
