“I’m reaching out to share a concern regarding a third-party vendor operating inside your dealership, Nuvision Auto Glass. Just before Christmas, I accompanied my mother (who is 61 years old) to your dealership while she was looking at a Genesis. During our visit, representatives from Nuvision Auto Glass approached her multiple times about her windshield. Despite her lack of interest, they continued to engage her and ultimately told her that her insurance company could drop her if she did not replace her windshield. She then called Geico and her insurance company told her that that’s a complete scam and they shouldn’t even be at that dealership if they are saying ridiculous things. The insurance company asked who the company was and who the dealership was. This interaction made my mother uncomfortable, and at the time she chose not to say anything. However, after discussing the situation with our family, we all felt it was important to bring this to your attention. The messaging used felt aggressive and misleading, particularly given her age, and it significantly impacted what should have been a positive experience at your dealership. As a result of this encounter, I am NOT bringing her back, which is disappointing because we were genuinely interested in continuing the car-buying process with you. I wanted to make you aware of this experience so it can be addressed moving forward. I appreciate your time and attention and hope this feedback is helpful.”

Dropped the car off the night before, was surprised to see envelopes in the drop box - Bravo! The next day received a video walk through of my vehicle. Received another message when it was ready.
