“Dick Brooks doesn't try to up-sell or over charge you. The will not charge you more than the price Honda USA advertises. I've had other Honda dealers charge $900 for a package Honda adds for $375. $600 for nitrogen in the tires and $1000 for mud guards. You won't get that a Dick Brooks. Just bought my 2nd vehicle in 4 years from them. No smoke and mirrors here.”

“Extremely satisfied with this dealerships when it came to the process of finding and picking out the extract color combo and features I wanted in the Passport. The financing and trade in process was seamless and quick. I loved that I didn’t feel pressured to buy any dealer add ons and only exactly what I knew I wanted. The dealership itself was super clean, very interesting old classic Hondas to check out in the main showroom, along with the service waiting area looked very inviting with a nice coffee bar. I wish I was closer as this would be my go to dealer for services.”

This week I went in for my first service on my 2026 HRV Sport and the experience was refreshing. Unlike the horrendous service issues at a previous dealer, Dick Brooks was prompt, courteous and even comped my first service. I won’t buy a Honda any place else.”

“The entire building has a vibe of come on in sit down and let's do this together kind of feel. Customer service is a dying thing in our society today. However, not at Dick Brooks, they focus 100% on the customer. Mac my salesman is a good Christian man with a gentle way about him among salesmen. No pressure sales, just let's see how you can afford this. The entire experience was as stress free as car buying can possibly be. These folks are so awesome, I bought a Toyota at a Honda dealership!
