“Had an appointment set for 2 weeks, dropped my handicap accessible van off on Monday morning before work. Could not get employee to return my calls or texts regarding status updates. Finally on Wednesday evening I had to go get my van with zero recalls corrected. They had not even started on my van. I explained when I set up the appointment and at drop off that this was my only means of transportation for my quadriplegic daughter who uses an extremely heavy power wheelchair. Not having my van for 3 days was extremely challenging as I work in Greenwood and commute to Carmel on the daily. I will be trying to use the other Chrysler dealership for my safety recalls. I am very disappointed and was not able to get any answers as to why this even happened”

Not even four months after you purchase of the vehicle. Could they not tell me over the phone before I wasted three different trips to service, only to be told there was going to be a diagnosis and repair charge?Absolutely done with this dealership. Countless issues with them. We are done.”
